Zero out of 5 stars for this location. Actually for Susan specifically. I had an appointment on Thursday, they called to cancel earlier in the day, my tax pro was under the weather and had to leave. Understandable. Rescheduled me for Saturday at 11. I arrive Saturday and Susan, my new Tax Pro is on the phone. I am asked to wait while she wraps up, totally understandable.
I then waited for about 40 minutes past my appointment time while Susan was still on the phone. She had started a remote return 3 minutes before my appointment with her. After waiting a total of 45 minutes PAST MY SECOND APPOINTMENT TIME I was shuffled to someone new. He helped all that he could but did not have the training to complete my tax return, which is why I was assigned Susan in the first place.
When the newer Tax Pro finished everything he could do he went to see if Susan was ready to take over our session and finish the areas he did not know. .... SHE STARTED ANOTHER RETURN IN PERSON WITH A WALK IN CLIENT. Susan blew off our agent and I had to send this poor guy back to get the info we needed because I was about to go ballistic.
Susan came back to our booth, annoyed that she had to even see us apparently. And proceeded to give us INCORRECT information about a local business advisors office that we would need to go see and INCORRECT info on what extra forms would be needed.
Thank God there is a location on Wells Road to give HR block another chance because I will never be returning to this office or Susan again.
Her attitude after blowing off an appointment is disgusting and not how I would want someone to represent me or my business.

Linda at H&R Block helped me navigate a complicated tax situation for my 2023 tax return; she practically made the ordeal seem like child's play! She did a great job at placing me at ease, took care of me and got me everything I qualified for and then even found credits that helped reduce my tax liability! I'm definitely sticking with H&R Block moving forward!

not helpful at all, let anybody work there whether they know what they talking about or not.. you walk in & there’s nobody at the desk & no one comes to help you until they feel like it… i was told i had to & could make an appointment for the day, but after the lady disagreed with me on something all of a sudden they booked for the whole day.. this location is giving H&R block a bad name… i’ve had them do my taxes every year, everywhere i lived but now it’s an issue all of a sudden here… guess i’ll take my business elsewhere this year & every year moving forward.

I had all the paperwork this time, so the return was completed faster than last year. Knowledgeable tax preparer. Steeled myself for a high fee, but it was quite reasonable.
