My friend Audra bought an older Buick from this dealership on the 9th, she was told and has screenshots of the messages saying the motor and transmission were in great condition and it needed very minor work. Yeah no that wasn't the case. Not even an hour later the motor blew up and it needs a whole new one.

Went to looked at a white Subaru Outback. Was told online that it was in good condition, when I got there after driving quite a long ways out, I saw otherwise. Car had an exhaust issue and was not in the condition as described. Waste of time. Would not recommend. Who knows what else they’re hiding with their other vehicles

BUYER BEWARE!!! On Monday, 5/9/22, at 2pm, I purchased a 1998 Buick that Mr. Moore claimed needed no work and that the engine and transmission were in good condition. At 4pm, I was stranded on the Buckman with it and had to have it towed. It now will not even crank and needs a new motor. I tried contacting Mr. Moore by phone (left messages), FB messenger, and went by both the lot and the office, to see if he would do anything to make it right. He has not gotten back with me. Now a registration transfer is pending and I will have to pay to put the paperwork back onto the vehicle I was trying to replace. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I bought a Mazda pickup 2003.Had the check engine light on. Took it to a shop to see why found out it has a blown head gasket. Watch out for this place. BUYER BEWAR...BEWARE

I’m torn. I ordered a transmission for a Honda Pilot and an engine for a RAV4 at the same time. I got right on the pilot and everything went great. At the time I had a lot of projects so I put the Rav on the back burner. Fast forward 8 months and I have time to swap the engine, it is incorrect. The engine sent is for a 04-05 Element. I attempted contact by email and phone with no response. Emailed on a $1000 Acura engine and was contacted in 20 minutes. After telling them I was out of the 6 months they said “nothing we can do”. After telling them they sent me the wrong engine they cut off contact. Verify what they send you!

GREAT GREAT GREAT GREAT!!!!! Customer service is unmatched..... Knowledgeable place when it comes to Honda’s. Not to mention I bought my transmission for less than the local salvage yards near me that’s with shipping included. After install I had a noob error and really just needed reassurance it was on my end. Brett is such a genuine and honest guy. You can just tell it in his voice over the phone. Long story short.... it was that honesty that helped me locate my error. LISTEN..... If u need a part and this place says they have it. Save yourself the worry and just purchase it from them. I don’t care if you find it slightly cheaper (be hard to). You can bet on it this place!!!!
