Angie took great care of me. The service was done efficiently and promptly. They helped with my underpin after it was damaged on a road trip. I definitely recommend coming to this location. I will be back for sure.

Indicated to begin with that I wanted a synthetic oil change only. Nothing else. They ignored this and kept trying to sell other products and services.
It is annoying when customers clearly state that they don’t want a bunch of services just one. And it is ignored most oil change places top off fluids When they got to topping the coolant reservoir the technician stated there is a charge for that.
Nice. Tell me that to begin with please. They were over all nice people but clearly trained to push services EVEN WHEN a customer stated they only wanted an oil change.

Techs and team were great and friendly! Service was quick and professional and was in and out in 20 mins. They even let me know that there was mold in my work trucks air filter! Had no idea, glad they were so informative.

I stopped by to get a quote for my 2018 Acura MDX AWD’s oil change using a 0w20 blend. The attendant quoted me $120. I told him I didn’t even pay that at the dealership. Lucas Honda down the road only charges me $55 OTD, and Acura of Orange Park charges me $65 OTD with an online coupon, using OEM Parts serviced by Factory Trained Technicians.
In his defense, the attendant said he would talk to a manager about price-matching dealership prices to win my business. However, I prefer going to the dealership where Factory Trained Technicians service my vehicle, and I don’t have to haggle over pricing or deal with upselling. Overall, I haven’t had any bad experiences at Lucas Honda, particularly compared to Acura of Orange Park, who tends to upsell unnecessary services at outrageous prices!
