The service was terrible. The one lady who helped had stopped helping and sent someone else . She had treated my other half as if we were broke and poor and couldn't afford it . The guy who helped us was no help because I could just do what he was at home . Instead of asking if we had more things to buy he was checking us out piece by piece.i won't go there again.

I bought a ring for my wife for Christmas. I got a size 6 but needed a size 5. I took it back and they are going to charge me $59 to change it because I didn't buy the $150 warranty. This will be my last purchase from Kay Jewelry and I'll make sure to tell anyone I talk to about this experience.

Bought a chain and lifetime warranty with it after being told it covers repairs/replacement if something happens. Now after chain got damaged I'm being told I have to pay the difference and buy another warranty.

Went in recently when there was no sale going on and asked the price of some earrings. Was told they were $210. Walked by the store a few days later and asked how much those same earrings were as there was now a big 30-40% off everything sale. Well imagine my surprise when I was told the original price is 3 something but 220 something with the “sale.” So I would’ve spent less on them when they weren’t on “sale”.I know stores do these fake sales all the time but it’s still nice to warn others to price shop before buying so you don’t get tricked into thinking it’s a good deal.

I purchased 2 rings, a watch and necklace here. We are from out of town and my rings are in however I have not heard from the store and I cannot reach anyone there. So apparently after 10 days they will cancel my order yet no one has made an attempt to contact me. I have called numerous times, called Kay customer service and they cannot reach anyone here. Also, we specifically asked to not get the warranty on any of our items we purchased. Lo and behold, I checked my receipt and there is a charge. You would think someone would answer the phone on a Tuesday?! And please don’t tell me to give you a call! I’ve been calling.
