Several months ago, during a severe storm, I developed a roof leak.I did not contemplate replacing my roof, so did not have the name of a roofer. I called Stern Roofing, and Keith came out, almost immediately, assessed and fixed the problem, My roof was getting old so I got a bid from Keith and 2 others for replacement. Keith's bid was in the middle but I choose him because of his reputation Reputation trumps cost. I had 12 solar panels on the roof, and Keith worked closely with my solar man and did extra work, not in our contract, to help insure a tight contact. Keith went out of his way to make me feel confident in his work. Would highly recommend

Let me share our Keith Stern Roofing experience. Beyond awesome!! From Keith to his field guys to Kathy in his office the experience was A++++. Roof, fascia, rebuilt our chimney and new gutters! Yes, I know we have the same last name, we are NOT related. If you need a new roof, new gutters call them, you will not be disappointed. Amazing customer service, great price, and quality work. Got my roof redone with them early last year, and they quoted me thousands under what others were. They also offered to reseal our covered patio and added a connection to the roof so it would stop leaking for free. They had a quick turnaround and cared more about our roof than we did. The roof looks great, and I'm super happy with our experience.

Very satisfied with Keith & his team even Kathy in the office! Everyone was professional friendly. The roof the paint the gutters & filters installed by Erickson all done with excellence and left my property tidy when they left. Thank you to Keith and his team. I know why the sellers chose your team 16 yrs ago and I would recommend you but there are at least 4 other houses on my block that used you too. 30 years in business says you do it right.

Needed emergency repair due to tree limb through roof and heavy rain expected that afternoon. Keith and crew arrived within 2 hours. They removed limb, cut it up, and hauled it to curb. Then they put a water tight temporary patch on hole. They saved me $$$$hundreds in water damage. I highly recommend.

We just got our new roof installed last week. Kieth was extremely professional, reasonably priced and highly recommended throughout my town. He has been in the roofing business for a very long time and knows what he is doing and it shows! Our roof was installed within a day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

They completed the roofs in our entire neighborhood. Ended up with 6 roofing nails in one tire. Got written statement from tire shop stating such and requested that they pay the bill. Was told I was making up a story and it must have happened on another construction site or on the highway. I mean when 30 roofs are completed in your area and you found nails everywhere it wouldn’t be logical to tie the two incidents together. Owner denied claim and wouldn’t even apologize.

Stern Roofing installed the roof on my house shortly before I bought it. I noticed some issues a few days ago and thought I had a roof leak. Keith came out the day after I called to assess the roof. Long story short there is no leak but another issue I need to address. He explained everything to me and let me know what I need to do to fix the problem.
