Very pleasant experience.
Friendly, helpful staff yet very professional. Facility is not new but is clean and well maintained. Security appears to be adequate.
The only small issue is that the web site is a little deceptive as to the actual total price to be paid. It may be stated in the small print a couple menus deep, but there is required insurance added to the monthly charge, and the price quoted online doesn't prominently mention it is a 3 month promotional rate. Plus, their doors use a special lock you almost certainly will have to buy from them. However, with all that said, the final rate is competitive so I am not unhappy.
All said, I am glad I tried them and very satisfied with my experience.

Caitlin, the manager, was super personable and took the time to show us around and what our options were. After a long drive she made a somewhat stressful move that much easier with positivity and much information about the area we need to move to. Painless transaction, really how a business should be run.
