Much better having to be greeted by the lady at the returns section when coming in with a very pretty genuine smile. The atmosphere is great, staffers were friendly and always ready to help.

I would like to give HUGE shoutouts to Xavier in the paint department and David in the flooring department - you two ROCK!
Xavier was able to find us the right paint color even though they had to look it up in the system and we didn't even think Lowe's had it! Thanks to Xavier, we got BOTH of the colors we needed in the paint type we were looking for and we appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure we had exactly what we were looking for.
David in flooring is so knowledgeable and kind! He is working with us to find specific flooring we need for our new home and is calling the manufacturer for us to see if its still carried. Even if the manufacturer doesn't have it in the size we need, David was so thoughtful and is calling them and helping us through the flooring purchase process and we are so grateful he's going above and beyond on our behalf.
Thank you both for being amazing employees and top tier people - we appreciate you!

Lowes, home depot & Harbor Freight are my holy trinity of stores...of course that's pretty much your only options here anyway.
As with most places, it seems finding someone that's 1) willing to help you and 2) not make it seem like im bothering you seems to be harder and harder to come by. Apparently that's just the world we live in now.
People for the most part are nice, however I do wish they would communicate better to people standing in line at customer service for returns. Sometimes it feels as if they're purposefully taking longer than they need to with some people vs others. Maybe that's just me 🤷

I called to get information about a special order door. Customer Service had me on hold for 45 min. I called from another phone, spoke to a manager. Was transferred to the department i needed and the clerk apologized. He has not been trained how to do special orders. At least he was honest.
