This place is not good.. guys over there are rude and arrogant. They are liars, it's like they want to fight the customers... Apparently, they are not metro PCS that we all know for years. They look like a racketeering place. They overcharge customers for no reason. They want you to pay over $200 for any simple regular $125 phones. This Place is full of scams, They will rip you off add charges to the account👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 I will not going there anymore.

The lady manager here is very unprofessional and refused to do an exchange for me because I ordered online!!! I left called the online customer service and was told she was supposed to do the exchange!! She should be fired!! Instead of doing the exchange by talking to the supervisor at customer care she lied saying no stores will do an exchange from ah online order from the metro pcs website!!

This place is under new management. They gave us a good deal on products we bought. They were welcoming and helpful.

Go to Phillips highway and see Selina. She will happily help customers. This location on blanding is not a good one, and refuses to provide assistance with billing issues.

This was my best experience with a Metro store ever! Sarreen was helpful and very patient. I broke my phone and was suddenly in a tight spot but she worked out a great deal for an upgrade within my budget. I appreciate the excellent service and care she took with me. Thank you Sarreen for treating me like family!

Oh my . What a Christmas miracle for ME... The lady of the house here took care of me 🫰... got me set up with two phones and Wi-Fi in less than 15 mins ... Busy single mom like myself .. and I'm shopping a day before Xmas .... I am stretched thin and she made my day . I left feeling like super mom today !
