Love love love this Metro store. These ladies had me out the door with a new phone in about 15 minutes. Definitely coming back to this Metro when I need another!!

Terrible customer service from supposedly he said he was the manager after he refused to help me, All because I caught him in a lie about how I don't have insurance after I was told I did have insurance by the customer service hotline that told me to go in there to purchase a new phone.
The gentleman got upset and when I called customer service to help me out while I was in the store he came back out from the back and to repeatedly to tell me to leave which I did after I started recording. He started repeatingly calling me names as I was leaving and I have it all on video.
He showed up late when I was sitting there in the parking lot and when I came in, it seemed like he was having a very bad morning and he decided to take it out on me.
Terrible customer service from the fella that said he was the manager and I wish I could post the video on the review.
I can understand you going to that store if you're desperate but I would never step foot in there again.

John was very friendly and knowledgeable about the phone I will be buying my new phone from him and anything else my family needs I may have made a mistake and did it to another one but this is the one the one that is on Blanding Boulevard across from Winn-Dixie

worst metro store ever i was in there 4 hours while they have a child working there who obviously doesn’t know what he is doing !!!! he said he can switch my phone lines over to there service took my money no service four hours latter tells me to come back the next day for a dm i was there 10 am when the dm was suppose to be there and no dm just the guy that’s couldn’t figure it out the day before for 4 hours n still couldn’t and refused to give me my money back !!!!!! they advise all over the store 25$ a line to switch which they do but he lied and said they don’t and charged me 40$ a line it’s an old poster he claims nop it isn’t he just wanted to steal my money !!!!! he is a 100percent a scammer !!!!!

These people are so slow.They leave up.I'll be back in five minute, sign up for 2 hours Every time I come here, they're always close even those they're supposed to be open

OVERCHARGES AND NO ITEMIZED RECEIPTS CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!
If you go to this Metro I really suggest that you all check your receipts and request they itemize everything!! They are charging people more than what is the actual price! Check your receipts I was promised they would itemize and they never got back to me or answer their phone. we was over charged 130.00! I went to the store to talk about it and the manager said he would call or help and nothing was ever done going on 2months PLEASE Avoid this Metropcs go to the one on the other side of blanding!!! THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED!

This place is non-professional waited outside the store for 20min there was a sign on the door stating "be back in 5min" Come to find out 2 other people waiting in the parking lot for almost an hour..

The dark skin man that worked there when I went told me my phone bill would be $45 a month and then $15 a month after that I get home and look at my receipt. It says my phone service will be $78 a month he straight up lied to me, and tried to rip me off. Don’t waste your time going up to this place.

They're a scam never can give u pepper afyer buy anything machine always broke they said , if u comw back the refund fr anything u never can see the people supposed to be give u the money back ,one black guys worth there are very scam be careful

I'd like to give a better review but for some reason this location was closed at 5 instead of 7 like it says on their door and website. I guess they had something better to do today. On to the next store

This store I actually will pass two other metro stores to get help from them over metro other stores, ALWAYS on point and awesome friendly staff thanks guys for being a preferred store in my phone service and needs!!
