They are quick, affordable and they communicate the problems that your car is having. I would recommend coming to Millers Automotive if you don't want to get scammed by other mechanics. The owner is extremely nice, the team is very hardworking and they have not wasted my time. I trust these mechanics with my car since they know what they are doing. 10/10 would go back again.

I'm fairly new to Jacksonville FL, and I know how hard it can be to find a genuine mechanic you can trust. This shop has excellent customer service, very trustworthy, and goes the extra mile to explain exactly what's going on with your car in a way you can understand. The communication is great, they always answer the phone unlike alot of shops I have been to. I highly recommend.

They have been absolutely awesome. Much fairer price replacing a rear diff on a suburban than competitors. First one ended up being a defect from supplier and they warrantied it no problem and had me back in my car without any extra cost. They have been super helpful with a few gremlins that have popped up in my car. Couldn’t recommend more.

Needed Labor done installing parts to fix a Power-steering leak. Millers’s quotes were unbeatable & car is no longer leaking. GREAT customer service fast & friendly. Will definitely be returning in the near future for more vehicle repairs on my Civic !!! A++ JOB WELL DONE !!!

Every time I bring the to Miller’s always honest, fantastic service, not to expensive, awesome people and when he say will be ready on the day they told is ready, I don’t take my car anywhere else just to Miller’s because I love the honesty from them .

Ted and his automotive team are an honest bunch. Everywhere else I go I feel like they take advantage of me because I'm a chick that knows nothing about cars but I do know there's no such thing as blinker fluid so that's a plus. My point being, they can be trusted and they have never failed me. Thanks Ted, for always helping me out in a pinch.
