This facility is great. Prices increasing is not. We started at 141$, after 1 month it increased to $200. Then i believe its 212 with taxes. Now before i left, the price increase was to 298$ without taxes. price has doubled and weve only been with yall since February 2025. It has only been 7 months. The staff tried to help me, but big SROA company did not. This is the first time I have used a storage company, and I will do everything in my existence to never use one again. Thanks to everyone in that facility though. But price is not worth it. SROA increases price every 2-3 months. From 150 to 300 in 7 months?? Sad.

Worst experience ever. I rented a climate control unit, the climate control wasn't working, I called asking for a solution. They told me I could pay to rent another unit or wait to have the property manager call me back. After 5 days the property manager never called. I called numerous times trying to speak with someone and was told the district manager would call me but they never did and that the manager about that person would call me but never did. At first all I wanted was the climate control fixed, I had valuable items stored, then I just asked to move me to a unit that worked, I finally just moved my stuff out and asked for a refund but couldn't get anything done because nobody would ever call me back. I would recommend Atlantic storage over this place anytime. They felt bad about what I went through and waved the admin fee to help me out. I now have 2 rental units. 1 that has been very good to me and the other that took my money and ran and won't give me the time of day.

Very reasonably priced. The least expensive storage unit I have ever rented honestly.
The staff was very courteous and friendly.
I would recommend renting from them to anyone.
Even with insurance the cost of a 5x15 unit is 30.00 per month. You will not find a better price at a good location anywhere
