Yesterday was my kids first time seeing them the staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome my kids usually have a hard time at eye doctor appointments but DR. Crystal Victor was phenomenal and patient I’m so glad I found this place and I can’t wait till next year for my kids next appointment

I've been going to this MyEye Dr location for several years and it's been consistently a positive experience. They don't try to upsell you or push you into a brand of contacts you don't want. I appreciate that. The wait times are reasonable as well.

Great staff! I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Crystal Victor, she is by far the most amazing and caring Optimolgist. She has been keeping up with my health since my visit 3 days ago. Great place to receive an eye exam the staff is genuine and cares deeply.

I have been coming here for years. Progressively gotten worse in service and quality. Horrible experience. Employees are standoff-ish, unfriendly, and disinterested in helping or doing their jobs. Not a pleasant experience. They put me in a room that seemed to be unused for a while. And the wait for the doctor was also quite long to the point where I thought they had forgotten that they put me in the back room.

Horrible experience. Gave them my insurance information before visiting. They messed it up and used the wrong information and could careless about correcting their mistake. The staff was not friendly and it took over 2 hours for just the eye appointment. My children and I will not be back.

My optometrist was very thorough with my exam. I felt truly cared for. Needless to say I am overwhelmed with the great experience I had with My Eye Doctor. I received my glasses in one week with no issues. Very happy and satisfied customer here!

Buyer be aware!!! They are crooks and will take advantage of you. Horrible customer service and will never return a phone call. They don't even deserve the 1 start they are getting.

My original appointment with the Optometrist was great. The sales staff is totally different. BECAUSE THEY EXCEPT MEDICARE Etc. The cost of frames is priced excessively to eat up the benefits. I purchased a pair of Calvin Kline frames for $450 with $ $750 in benefits and still paid an additional fee + $25 for an additional warranty no problem. The arm on the frames broke within 3 months. Took them to the store, had no problem, they just popped my lens into another same frame. At that point, I asked if the frames were original frames or knock-offs( items made by the original company, but with flaws unseen to the eye). Her response was no. So, being that I have several pairs of actual designer glasses and sunglasses, I asked then, " Why do you get a generic eyeglass case , because all of my high-end glasses or shades come with a case the same as designer. Long story short, I was oot in Orlando, simply picked up my glasses, and the arm broke off. I returned home a week later, and I literally and gently picked up the glasses because remember one arm and I need to wear these at least a week for another pair. I called My Eye Dr. and was told that the frames would not be covered and that I had already used my warranty. 1st of all, my first warranty had not expired. 2ndly, I paid $25 for an additional warranty to cover my glasses after the initial warranty ran out. They would not honor it as they said that they replaced the frames once. However, I was informed that I had $850 in benefits and could come in and pick out another pair of frames. Smh. After effectively examining the frames, I realized that the arms broke so easily because they were aluminum, not metal, not plastic aluminum in the bracket component. The arm itself is some form of metal. This was my first time visiting My Eye Dr. In the past, I've just always gone to American Best and purchased my glasses out of pocket. Because I have had good service for years. I decided this time why not use my insurance benefits. I asked for corporate information and was denied and hung up. Not one time did I raise my voice, nor was I aggressive ( you catch more flies with honey). I'm fortunate enough to pay out of pocket, however alot of people on Medicaid and Medicare can't afford to. The insurance company pick the retailers, not realizing how they treat the customer or the service and products that they provide. If people don't stand up, then places like My Eye Dr. In O.P. Fla will continue to take advantage of people. There aren't a lot of options for certain insurances and they are aware of this. I have TED, so I absolutely must have my glasses, I called today, just to ask a question, and the youngman was extremely rude before I could get the question out, and said that they were short on staff, Jim himself and one desk person. And that I should call my insurance company. I will admit that I said to him that, he wasn't displaying very good customer service and that I understood that he was busy could he please transfer me to the front desk person. ( All I wanted to know was if I could pick up a copy of my RX). I waited on hold and what ever he told her, after waiting on hold, she never asked how can I help you, She said that you need to call your insurance company repeating that they were to busy to take 30sec. To pull up my insurance. Where is Ben Beckner?

They canceled my confirmed appointment twice and because they failed to let me know what all I needed to bring all because I didn't have an id for my mother of old age but had insurance card instead that still had all her info on it what kinda office is this new staff asap
