This place become un safe and unclean ..it's very sad ..the bathrooms had feces all over the place to dry your hands and sinks ..I told the attendant outside and he turned his back to me while in his phone.I tried emailing the owners nobody cares .the teenagers are left there to run around shoplift and fight

You will find what you need like I did, if you need a piece of clothing or footwear, a gift or an object, have a delicious drink or eat fast food this is the right place. And I went with my friends to have a good time, also with my family for a photography, eating and shopping section and compared to other places it is the best in entertainment and efficiency. Also the attention of the workers is wonderful and very friendly. Body & Works is my favorite store

AMAZING mall one of my favorites besides the Avenues mall but the shops are nice and perfect size I absolutely loved that there were lots of shops around the mall and there were screen maps in case you couldn’t find something and there was a lot of things to eat and my favorite thing was the food and that is that I hope this mall improves and adds more to the food court even if the food court is already huge and I thing this mall should definitely add more places to sit and eat and that’s it! Ps you should definitely check out this mall it’s amazing with animal rides for kids! Plus bungee jumping

In and out, found what I was looking for and no problems. Decent parking spot, and not too packed. Close to home. Good selection of shoe stores with plenty of styles to choose from, and best sale price (at jd shoe store) I found for the shoes I bought!Decent choices in the food court, although they shouldn’t have removed the chick fil a! (One across the street tho)Also, movie theater attached to the mall, so another plus.

Mall needs a good cleaning inside and out.Place ai visited inside was fine.Place we ate was fine from what I saw.Did not go to bath room, which needed cleaning and fixing badly last time I went

It was so refreshing to visit an indoor mall that wasn't half boarded up. There was a great variety of stores that were well stocked. It was nice to see people out shopping in a very nice facility with no hoodlums.

I rarely go to the mall. It wasn't crowded so I was pleased about that and the stores are having black Friday sales already so that's good. Did some Christmas shopping.

I go to the food court usually. I get the Thai chicken and rice. Good value and tastes great. Paying for the extra chicken makes it two meals.

It’s a good mall overall. Lots of different shops, lots of different restaurants to choose from.The mall is actually nice and clean for the most part. Some of the stores on the other hand, could use some serious cleaning and new carpet (Belk).Also…. Where are the lines for cars to park on their lot lol. I parked by Belk, a few lines were really faded, very hard to see, but for the rest of that parking lot… “Zero” parking lines were visible lol. I am not from Jacksonville, so I could be wrong, maybe that’s just the way the parking lot was made!The mall could definitely use some updating, but it is still a good mall to come and hang out, do a little window shopping, eat some food, etc.

Too many brown people, I didn't feel safe.You can tell this mall is dying, there are a bunch of cheap ethnic stores and TWO "CBD" stores located here. Minorities ruin everything.

The stores are decent, the food is good, the movie theaters are right there so if you're waiting for a movie you can just wander around the mall if you want.
