Cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is wonderful. They will call you ahead of time with any insurance issues, and are willing to get on the phone whenever there is an issue to resolve it as fast as possible. It's a little out of the way for me, but I don't mind because they really are top notch. You won't find the type of help and care they give to their clients at any big brand pharmacy . Absolutely recommend!

I love everything about this Pharmacy, employees, their service and especially their knowledge. I have been with these guys for years, and they are like my primary Dr. They go above and beyond help to get you what you need, with a smile. The pharmacist, and their employees have always treated me and my families care with the privacy and care every pharmacy should.

I love this group of people that work at this pharmacy. From the second time that I have been in here they have known my name. Adam sat down with me and helped me get my insurance applied for when it was overwhelming to me I couldn't be at a better pharmacy. Thank you guys for being amazing.

Great pharmacy! Adam and Cho have consistently been able to get medication in that other pharmacies told me were out of stock or that there were shortages of. I'm definitely going to continue filling my prescriptions there. Fast and quality service every time I've been there. I highly recommend checking them out!

As someone who doesn't frequent this pharmacy, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere they provided when I needed a place to park my car for a short time.Not only did the owner graciously allow me to use their parking space, but he also went above and beyond by offering me a refreshing bottle of water on a hot day. The genuine kindness and politeness displayed by the staff left a lasting impression on me, making me feel valued and appreciated despite not being a regular customer.It's rare to find such a high level of customer service these days, and I wholeheartedly recommend Orange Park Pharmacy not only for their pharmaceutical needs but also for the delightful human experience they provide. If their kindness towards non-customers is any indication, I can only imagine the excellent care and attention they provide to their regular patrons.Thank you, Orange Park Pharmacy, for your outstanding generosity and genuine warmth. The gentleman that owns this Pharmacy cares about everyone that walls through his door. He has gone above and beyond to help me with my prescriptions, the doctor's office across the street is unfortunately very horrible about calling in my refills, they literally just don't care about their patients.

I sent my son here to purchase a rolling walker. When he got home, realized he purchased the 4 wheels vs the 2 wheel rolling walker. Immediately called and spoke to Adam Abdalla and he said they didn’t have the 2 wheel in stock, so we can return it. Since it was close to closing time (15 mins) and I lived 25 minutes away I said I didn’t want to be selfish and have him waiting on me. I asked could I return it the next day with no problem. He said yes ma’am that will be fine. I get her today (within 24 hours of the purchase) and he says with a smile on his face I’m sorry we can’t take it back. He claims that he called me after we hung up and left a message on my voicemail…..I never received a call and there is no voicemail. Either way there are no signs and it doesn’t say on their receipts refunds aren’t allowed. O yeah - the box is unopened. Craziness!!!!

I am so grateful for Orange Park Pharmacy because they take such good care of me! I don't like corporate pharmacies as they think of you as a number not a person. I have never had a problem as they are not connected to a corporation and serve the people with care. Best place ever!

Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Always polite and prompt I'm feeling medicine for me. I also received advice from the head pharmacist I recently could have saved my life as I ended up in the hospital with a heart attack after he mentioned something about blood pressure medicine. Highly recommended.
