Very personalized service and doctors and medical staff who have vast experience. Both Dr shaughnessy and Christopher Robertson are more than willing to help solve any issues you may be having. I have been a patient since 2008 and have been very satisfied with the treatment I have received-keep up the great work!

Moving from Maine in 2013, it took me 5 years to find a physician who not only listened to my concerns, but treated me as a person instead of a time slot. I’ve lived all over the world and I’ve never had a medical professional I trusted more than I do PA Robertson. He always goes above and beyond when it comes to explaining the what, why’s, ins and outs of all of my questions, concerns and reasons for my visits. He explores all options with me and leaves me hopeful and optimistic of my treatment plan and future. The entire staff takes the time to remember their patients and know them on a personal level. I always leave an appointment with more knowledge and understanding than I previously had walking in.

I've been going to Primed for a few years now and I have nothing but great things to say about the Drs and staff. I am grateful for Primed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in an instant to family or friends. If you're looking for a primary care Dr, give a try, I think you'll be pleased.

I have been looking for a PCP for 3 years. A coworker recommended Prime Med and I scheduled with Casey Edwards NP. She is awesome. She listened and we came up with a plan. The front staff and M.A. that roomed me were all very nice and professional. Waiting room is nicely decorated and inviting. Keep up the good work!

Excellent experience as always for every visit over the past 9 years I’ve been a patient! Christopher Robertson always listens to any concerns I have and always has the right answer for my questions. I’ve never felt rushed and always can tell he genuinely cares about my health and well-being.

Casey Edwards is awesome!! She's personable, knowledgeable, and practices "old school" like providers do when they really care about their patients. As a retired Nurse Practitioner, I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a real relationship with their primary provider.
