They come across as nice during the sale, but that’s because they want your money. Stay away.
THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY
When you call for warranty to basically gaslight and ghost you.
I bought one of the most expense sets the offered Hoping it would be worth it and I wouldn’t need to buy another for a while. It was a total waste of money.
The washer stopped working a month into use. I called in the warranty. The guy no showed twice. Finally came once looked at it for 15 min and said no error and then said he’d back to take them to his shop to run more testing. Never responded to me after that. Had another company come out and they diagnosed it in 5 seconds, but the cost to fix it with someone else was the same price I paid for the unit.
Now the dryer has gone out and I’m not even going to bother calling it in.
They overcharge for used appliances that they do not appear to clean or test fully to ensure they are operating.

If I could give less then that I would. He’s doing business from a storage shed and over charging.

The buying experience was good, just called, told the person my requirements for a washer and they delivered that same day.
The washer works fine but I don't think they cleaned it or not very well. I found two cigarette stubs in the washing machine drum right away and then a month later after wondering why I occasionally got weird little flakes in my clothes that I never had with my old washing machine before, I checked the water softener dispenser and it was grimy. I do not smoke or use fabric softener. For the price that I paid, I would expect them to take it apart and clean it. Otherwise I might as well have bought it from a private seller on Facebook marketplace.

Great Service and product. We were in a bind with a broken fridge and they were at our door the very next morning with a replacement fridge. Good people

Jason (the owner) is a stand up guy!!! I bought a washer from him three months ago and it worked well but I just was not happy with the washer I purchased. I'm a grown man and I picked that washer so I was just going to deal with it we made a deal. Then a few months later there was an issue with the washer and he immediately said I will send one of my guys to fix it (under warranty), but he could tell that I just wasn't happy with the washer. So he then offered to let me swap it out, but he didn't have anything I liked at the time. Three or four weeks later he got a few more in and I picked one out. Even though the newer model was more expensive he refused to let me pay more for it, also he refused to take my money for delivery. My new washer was delivered this morning (I did tip the delivery guy $40) and I am very happy. Also I asked him if he had any silverware racks for sale for my dishwasher and he told me he probably has one laying around but before I left he got busy and we forgot about it, in my new washer that was delivered was the silverware rack I asked about. This guy is awesome!! He really didn't have to go above and beyond but he did, I would highly recommend you do business with them!!

*DO NOT BUY*
These guys sell units they find roadside, wipe down and then offer as “cleaned and refurbished”
My mother purchased a dryer that only worked for a couple months and was told that her vent must have clogged and destroyed it when inquiring about a resolution.

DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM THIS STORE. I bought a washer and dryer and the dryer almost burned my house down on day 2. NOBODY WILL RETURN MY CALLS.
