“Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted upon entry to the store, and Mr Josh asked if I needed assistance with finding anything. I asked which aisle had canned dog food and he pointed me in the right direction. I then asked if there were any sales going on, and he walked me to the area with the sales. When I asked about limited ingredient foods, he recommended several brands by name while explaining what is good about them. When I saw the price of my usual, non-sale option, I calculated the "price to beat." He showed me a brand that was an excellent deal, which he had experience with and knowledge of. I purchased 3 cans, and saved $1 compared to my usual choice, which was already very competitively priced.”

“I have had aquariums for decades but did not bring mine with me on my last move, so starting from scratch. Did not want to go to a big box store so found Orange Park Aquatics on a google search. It is everything I hoped for - very knowledgeable staff, clean well stocked tanks, great variety of plants, and all the supplies. Received a lot of great advice. I am purchasing a 55 gal tank from them - Jason told me it would be a few dollars cheaper at Petco - so very honest - but I can not get the years of experience and knowledge from a big box employee. Looking forward to my future trips to OPA!”

I could just tell by his explanation that he cares more about my dog than a sale. It saved me money and my dog loves it. I'd rather go to this store than be just another Chewy subscription.”

“I like this store. We got grey kitty from there, Anatole and hes happy with his new home but great experience from there. I forgot the guys name but he had blond hair... im pretty sure he was the supervisor or manager but he was awesome with the adoption process. We were so sad we couldnt take his brother but will put the word out”

“BFF Puppies is EASILY the most fun store to visit in the Orange Park Mall. My kids would rank it up there with the Jax Zoo!!Upon walking in, one can't help but fall in love!! Every single little playful baby seems happy and well maintained and that's all I could hope for.I wish I could've brought (them all!) the wee dalmatian home with me! Maybe one day ❤️*SidenoteI live closer to the Avenues Mall, and grew up visiting Puppy Avenue. These days, that place seems more like a vip nightclub.
