Very unhappy with the service I received. Cashier Melissa was not attentive or even acknowledged me when ringing me up. (I had to acknowledge her). She was more concerned about being relieved and getting off the register, handed me my receipt without even looking my way. I called and spoke with the manager on duty (Theresa) and was only made to feel like I was bothering her. Please take this as a coachable moment, not forgetting about your customers and how they feel when shopping at your place of business. Thank you

I'm kinda lost for words with what I just went threw. Been going here for 10 years and I paid 80+ for a full hair cut nails trim and bath for my butbutts. Like always. My husband picked him up when I got home and looked at my baby he looked the same way he did when I dropped him off when I had to bring him back which made me late for my apt the older lady with the long hair openly admitted to not cutting my dog's hair and still called and said he was ready to be picked up.. the young lady proceeded to try and tell me they were busy and yada yada yada I said that's ok then why didn't you let my husband know you were to busy to cut his hair instead of just taking our money and not doing the job when I asked so how many other people have u taken money from and not do the job?? That's when they said they were gonna give me a discount on his cut today I said um no I shouldn't have to pay twice then they told me they were gonna charge me a handlers fee umm no it was all paid for already once again I'm not paying you twice to do the job I already paid for they said cause my little dog was aggressive which he has never been before they came up with every excuse they could and tried to charge me more $$ for doing the job they were already paid to do and did NOT do. And cause I refused to pay a handlers fee which was ridiculous they threw me out of the store so after 10 years of taking both my dogs here I get kicked out cause they didn't do their job.. it's beyond very sad.. so watch out and make sure before you leave they actually do what they are paid to do cause if u have to bring your baby back they're gonna try to charge you again..

All of the associates were kind but Jordan assisted us in getting my sons pet snake all set up to go and helped choose supplies we'd need and feeding/caring information. Was a great interaction! We are excited with our new pet ?

Absolutely atrocious experience. (06/15/24 at 7:20 pm ) We went in asking for some feeder fish and some Plati’s. The lady behind the counter said that she couldn’t leave the register. I totally understood that part. She said I could wait for a manager and I told her I was more than happy to do so we waited about 10 minutes for the manager and when she came out, she said that she was told we needed some feeders. I pointed to the shrimp and she tried to argue and tell me that those were not feeder fish. I explained to her that our fish preferred the shrimp to the fish. She then went to retrieve some, but they were all dead and so we gave up on the shrimp and I asked her to get the Plati’s. She then told me that she could not do that and I asked her why, and she said it was because they were understaffed. She was right there! We then decided to browse the decorations and witnessed her turned down to other customers, one for one for crickets. We already don’t like coming to Petsmart because it’s double the price of any pet store, but we were willing to put it aside because of the convenience of the location. This is not the way to get customers to want to come to your store and pay double compared to everywhere else. Do better Petsmart

If I could give them a minus zero I would, they burned my dog, almost two weeks ago, I asked for their hair to be cut and they burned it with a blade no one answers no one gives a solution almost two weeks ago and it doesn't heal completely, it was so strong that my dog's flesh was visible and they just said take him to the vet they never cared about me, I can't understand how irresponsible people can exist, don't go to this store or take your pets

Smelled like urine when I walked in...cleared halfway through the store...figured it was the grooming area....but still....selection on specialized cat food was terrible.....the PetSmart on Southside sooooo much better and employees are very kind over there .....
