I had a very nice experience. I was online looking for a sleeper for my living room I decided to go to the actual store to see the quality of the furniture. And it is all very nice. The store manager, was very nice to assist me and walk me through all the different prices and the different sleepers that were available. Once I decided which sleeper I wanted, I called Adam and gave him the information so that he can place the order for me. I ordered a coffee table as well. The delivery guys were very nice as well .. I would definitely recommend this business.

Moved from out of state and these guys were awesome about helping us getting a couch! Came back 8 months later and they helped me get a chair for my bedroom! Great customer service and super helpful!

Finally pulled the trigger on buying a new mattress which was years overdue. Glad I went to QBF, Matt Thomas and his manager Adam are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices great experience Will definitely be back for any furniture needs.

After shopping every furniture store between 103rd, Phillips Highway & Orange Park we finally made it into QBF.Adam is super easy to deal with listen to what we wanted made a few suggestions and landed us on the right sofa at the right price. He made the terms easy. The warehouse boys help us load it and we were in and out and done quickly and easily.100% will go back next time we need.

This was our second time buying from QBF and Adam was the most helpful sales guy. He took the time to answer any questions, if he couldn't find what we wanted, he had an alternative, If it wasn't on the sales floor he went above and beyond to match our style.
