Kay was the employee that drew my blood. She was so friendly and pleasant throughout the entire procedure. We talked a lot about my fears and past experience and she assured me I had nothing to fear. After looking at my arms, to locate a good vein, I suggested the top of my my hands as those veins really show up more and easier to stick. She agreed and I never felt anything when she placed the needle in. I hope I always get her. She is an asset to your company and a joy to deal with.

I have yet to come to this location and there’s not be a long wait. It seems as if they are always understaffed. From now on, I’ll just drive to Fleming island or San Jose to get it done.

1 hour wait with appointment. Waiting room packed, not enough seating. My standing orders were entered incorrectly and the staff had to re-enter all the orders again. The staff used a large gauge needle causing pain. The staff was rude and not compassionate to me. I get labs weekly. This is the worst service I have ever received.

My recommendation has nothing to do with the employees. It has to do with management and lack of hiring due to them cornering the market with Labcorp. A multibillion dollar corporation should allow walk-ins and serve them quickly. There have been times I could donate plasma faster.

Let you wait 2 hours and then say there's a sign with tiny red writing outside that says they close at 12 every 3rd Tuesday. Staff was rude, spray air freshener saying someone in the lobby smells. I pray that one day someone takes over quest that actually cares about people.

My appt. was right on time, which is excellent when you are fasting. My phlebotomist was welcoming and skilled. All of my recent experiences with Quest have been outstanding. I loved being able to check in online and to let the staff know when I arrived. I was called back within probably two minutes.

Upon arrival I found the waiting room full, but the staff were working very efficiently. My scheduled appointment was at 0730 and I was called to come back at 0745. Not bad at all. The phlebotomist that drew my blood did a great job and she was very pleasant.

This is in reference to the Quest Diagnostics lab draw site at 1465 Kingsley Ave Ste 1401 Orange Park, FL 32073.
In addition to an ongoing billing issue and requirement to pay for services that I am not responsible for (or not receive services), the staff are rude, slow and have no administrative support. They are redesigning all of their sites to delete an administrative support person, and thus putting the burden of entering tests as well as crowd control on the lab techs who are held to high productivity requirements. It is inappropriate. Lab techs should spend their time practicing at the top of their abilities, which is clinical not administrative. This all has a snowball effect in that yesterday the wait for customers with an appointment was over one hour!
Quest should go back and re-examine their workflow. This new change is NOT for the better. I am glad I have choices.

The techs are always nice. I'm not a fan of needles and I have to go here too often before doctors appointments to get blood work done.
