Quest Diag in Eagle Harbor has improved a little as far as waiting time is concerned. How ever there is one lady employee there needing urgent training on how to treat people with respect. I was so upset that I missed getting her name but boy she was rude, rude rude. I hate to describe people this way but since I don't have a name here it is: she is petite, very skinny, african american, and extremely rude.
I urge management to please check on this Quest Lab place in Eagle Harbor/Fleming Island

Worst customer service ever I can in on time for my appointment while I was checking in I was rudely interrupted and interrogated in regards to whether I had an appointment I proceed to answer the question I was constantly being interrupted when ever I started answering her questions. My check process was not even complete and she rushed me inside saying don’t worry about it just coming. Overall, this is the worst customer service ever they’re very unfriendly and rude.

Facility is very well kept. Staff was friendly, courteous, professional, accurate, punctual and efficient. Great location and prompt service.

I’ve been putting off getting bloodwork done since October due to having Syncope and it’s usually a bad experience for me. I finally made this appointment 2 days ago and was pleased at how many appointments were available so quickly. I checked in and was called back within a few minutes. Vernard was my phlebotomist and I immediately informed him I had syncope and asked if it was possible that I lay down while having bloodwork done. He was so kind and compassionate about my experience which is much appreciated. I hate having to ask for accommodations due to the syncope but he made sure I knew it was no bother. He was quick with the blood draw and made sure I was okay before he sat me up. I just wanted to give him a shoutout because he was kind, funny, and attentive to me and I appreciated him a lot.

My visit was very easy to schedule my own, my testing was done on time, and the phlebotomist who attended to me was extremely skilled and friendly.

Ms Dominique was great. She handled my 93-year-old grandfather very gently with great patience. Please give her a raise. Most people would have stuck my grandfather twice because of his small veins. Ms Dominique just stuck him once.

Great Quest Lab center. I drive 15 miles one way to go to this lab. I have a closer lab but they do not compare to this lab. Staff is great, wait time is great and its always a good experience

It was freezing in the waiting room and hot back where they draw blood. People were nice and helpful.
