I just moved to Orange Park and visited this branch for the first time with my brother to help him with opening an account and make a deposit of a $1000 in it with there refer a friend program, to incounter the most unfriendly costumer service representative that I have ever had the displeasure in dealing with. I have been a member of this bank for over 42 years, and have never been made a to feel like i was a burden of there time. I will not be referring anyone else to this branch until changes have been with there staff. I was embarrassed in evan doing it.

Regions is the best bank that I’ve ever done business with. I highly recommend them. They have great employees and they are right there ready to help you with whatever you need.

There's not much to say since it was a drive-through experience.The bank has a very large parking lot, with wheelchair parking and wheelchair access.There's 1 ATM line on the drive-thru, and there was only 1 car ahead of me, and I didn't have to wait too long. The ATM was self-explanatory and easy to use. I was on the drive-thru for less than 10 minutes.

Regions Bank is the best bank in the United States. Been coming here since it was Amsouth… all the long times reps at this branch are wonderful. Always a pleasure going in. The ATM barely works for depositing cash but everything else is a breeze.

This has to be the WORST BANK in the USA, I have banked with them for 7yrs !!twice not once but twice(months apart) I made a cash deposit in the atm after hours that did not post to my account so when I called to find out what the problem was they said they would have to put a claim in which took 10 DAYS to get MY MONEY BACK...twice!!! the several reps at customer service was the most rudest people I have ever spoke to and it was a struggle to get them to pay for NSF fees THEY caused. I got all my money back plus the nsf fee back but I won't get any of the hours of stress they cause back!!..Needless to say I am trying to close the account but of course not without them being complete Jerks and trying to charge me $8. Because Iam closing the account.this is the worst bank ever!!!after moving all my autopay accounts to Navy Federal credit union which is the best bank ever!! I should have just kept this one instead of two separate accounts..Regions you are a pitiful sorry bank and if J.D powers has given them ANY award they were paid off because Regions is awful!!! And all they can ever respond with is we are sorry for your experience...well don't bother we already know your sorry sorry as h#ll..

Customer service is absolutely horrible! I’ve been banking with regions for 8 years and have been to regions all over the state. But this location never fails to have horrible customer service. I’ve been waiting in the drive up lane for 15 min now just to make a deposit.they didn’t even greet me for the first 7 min. I would understand if they were busy. But I can clearly see through the window and see that the employees are just talking and not even servicing customers. I will drive the distance to go to any other regions than this one…..

I have Airbnbs most of my clients stay over weekends. I sometimes receive my monies on Thurs or Friday. Never does Regions post my income into my account until Monday or sometimes Tuesday the following week. But if you have deficit anywhere they are quick to charge you.

I waited an hour to open an account, there were 3 tellers and one lady on the floor. The tellers would not help anyone and redirected them to the lady on the floor. After waiting an hour I called another regions bank in Fleming Island to open the account. The bank management at this location is poor along with the customer service
