Totally disappointed in Sally's Beauty on Fleming Island, FL. The owners need to understand their client base in the area. The lack of ethnic hair options as well as the placement of ethnic supplies in the back corner of the store lets me know that my money is not valued here.

Valerie did an awesome job pointing me towards some bleach and toner after I told her about previous experiences I had with other products. She also gave me good pointers about how to make the product work best for me. Thank you so much Valerie!!

Honestly I come in very regularly and have only had good experiences as of recently sad to see the girl with the red in her hair I used to get all my information from isn't there anymore but the new manager is so so sweet and very knowledgeable they have made me go from a once a year customer to a monthly regular favorite sallys location by far

It is currently 11:07 on a Sunday, when they should be open by 11. There are four customers outside waiting, myself included. No one is in the store, the lights are off, no one is answering the phones etc. The employees who work at almost every Sally's act as of they're being inconvenienced by their customers and this location is no exception.

I frequent and sometimes it’s great but this time it wasn’t. I had to order online for the 2 hour delivery and the girls were not very nice and not very informative. I was given items that were open and when I called to find out what was going on I was given misinformation. It’s a shame people sometimes may have to order from home for any reason and the treatment given is not up to par. I was told to return I would have to call the corporate office to do a web return but go to the store at the same time. Not the best experience this time. In store shopping is better then their ordering online. They use door dash as elk to make the deliveries

Came in to grab a quick item and waited for a good bit. Two associates in the store and one was taking all the customers and checking them out while the other was in the back talking on her cellphone like she wasn’t at work. Only came out to the floor when the cashier had an issue and even that was to hard for her. Spoke to the cashier like she had no idea what she was doing and very rude! Ridiculous! Definitely commend the cashier, she was taking care of everyone and working hard. The other one however, needs to work on her customer service skills.

I will never come back to this place again this new employee is super selfish and more closes before the time and does not allow customers to buy something else she fights with employees in front of customers I've seen her she yelling at the store employees I just won't come back I used to buy up to $300 weekly but I won't go to this store with this selfish anymore

Staff was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. They also were very knowledgeable and what items were for sale and what items I could purchase that were for sale for what I needed. They did their very best at giving me lowest price that they were allowed to give. All right sleeping is very upbeat and very contagious happy attitude I always love going to Sally's Beauty Supply I never have a bad experience.

Buyers BEWARE...or at least ALERT! The prices displayed on the shelves did not match the prices when the cashier rang them up. ALL of my products were marked up a dollar or two at best. One item that read $12.79 on the shelf, rang in at $15.99. Clairol color is on display for $8.49 but rang in at $9.49. Another item rang in for $1.49 over. I could see if it were just an item or two, but noooooooo, probably the entire store!!! And I understand inflation, but don't try to rob the consumer with false ads. The sale was for Buy 2 Get 1 Free. I guess that's at the expense of the consumer through hidden price HIKES! Thank you to the cashier who was nice enough to make the adjustments to reflect the prices on the display. The stars are for her, not Sally.
