Brought my car here for"Ac" repair. I was charged about 450...6months later, blowing hot,I came back and was told 1500.00 to repair "AC"
I told them just charge "AC" about 130.00 one day later, blowing hot!!! Took it to another mechanic who repaired it for 129.95!!!!! You appreciate ripping people off of their hard-earned money,that's great!

I took my car to Shutters to have the brakes replaced because the dealer at the last oil change made me think they needed it. I dropped it off and later Kyle called me to let know that the brakes still had about 20,000 miles of wear left on them. I told her I would wait to have it done and asked what I owed. She said I owed nothing to just remember them when I do need them changed. What other company does this? They could have easily picked my pocket and I would have been none to the wiser. I certainly will take my car back to them when the need arises as they are very honest!

Have been taking all of my families cars here for years. Absolutely the best service of anywhere in Orange Park and Jacksonville. Family owned and operated, they make you feel at home, answer any questions you have and make you feel extremely comfortable leaving your automobile there. Beyond great prices, never overcharge or sell you something you don't need. I cannot recommend them enough. Clean, always friendly, and make you feel like you are part of their family every time. Word of mouth is basically the only advertising they do, and honestly, it's all they need. Can't say enough great things about them.

It’s hard to find a trustworthy knowledgeable mechanic shop. They got me in quickly, asked me questions about what I wanted done and got to work. Kyle was very professional, the mechanic who worked on my Tundra did a great job. They’re my go to for ANY service moving forward on my vehicles.*NOTE: I had suspension work done and there were rusted parts. They updated me on everything so there were no surprises, and no delays.
