Been renting a storage in here first all my property get damaged by rats infectation.I have insurance first was covering 5,000 then they change to 2,000 and now is $500 the said the change administrator but they never send notifications about so I lost all my things my bedroom set mattress, sentimental valuable new clothes,shoes a wedding dress that coast me 2,000 and,2 tv went to look for my lease I can't either find because the block me in my login.They are a really scam .I no hat rats in my house that the storage fault for no do they job scam scam scam never rent here.Now the insurance no cover for rats Really what a game they have is a few others review that related to my situation.Plus look like someone look Tru the things because everything was really nice and then all disorganized.No rent here .

We’ve been maintaining the lawns, bushes, and weeds for SROA for the past couple of months, and they still owe our company approximately $4,500 for completed work. Despite numerous calls, voicemails, and emails to multiple contacts, we’ve received no response or payment.
SROA has already acknowledged that this balance is owed, yet continues to ignore all communication. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience for a company of their size.

Have been with Storage Rentals for many years. Crystal was super helpful and went out of her way to get my account settled. She stayed in touch with me and got everything resolved within a day. Appreciate all of her help.

I just got the storage rental 1 day ago. It was a little dirty, but they are fixing the problem by providing an alternative unit. Rental prices are very competitive, and the location is also excellent. Management is good and is rectifying the problem fast.

Well since there hasn't been a review posted for this location in over 3 months I guess I should let the public know that in the last 3 months it has become a total shambles. Ever since the company has turned from secure storage which was doing a great job at the time has now turned into storage rentals of America and has been obliviously negligent to the property ever since. I own two units there and I've had more than a few reports on to what has happened in terms of rodents damages leaks nails being in the driveways popping tires of our vehicles and now having rodents ruining property inside which is causing complications for everybody. But I'm not sure how many people because it seems as though a lot of people have moved out and it's causing lack of attention and leaving rodents to roam there hadn't been poison put in my unit since the new ownership and probably wouldn't have ever been new. It wasn't until the problem had been not been taken care of which led to the accumulate of rodents especially with as many less clients being there (I see why).It's been constant phone tag and over billing for being told to wait to talk to a certain person to pay for our bill but all the while being told to wait 5 days to call and then that person's not even in that day and then being told to call three days later and they're also not there as well. There seems to be a lot about talking about the issue but nothing being handled or maintained or done about it and it's caused me into getting looped into staying around to pay the money and I feel like its a game at this point. I've never once felt more obligated to ever put a review let alone this long but never in my life would I have thought I would have had such a terrible experience trusting my belongings under the ownership of someone else. So once again this was previously secure storage and it was a wonderful experience but as of the last three months it's been under this new ownership. I mean just to add in here, helI, I saw the maintenance man literally cleaning the storage unit next to me after someone had moved out and walked and stepped on the pieces of wood that were sitting on the ground in front of it for an hour and never pick them up (they are still there to date)this may be the reason why exactly my boyfriend as well has had his tire popped with a nail on the property in this time visiting to utilize my unit, nothings improving. Oh and if you want any reason that's good enough not to go there BETH the property manager is the most irresponsible childish person with the worst etiquette that I've ever seen in any fast food restaurant in my life. No accountability and ownership never understands or RVEN LISTENS what's going on at the property even though people leave the messages multiple times explaining exactly what's going on through many other staff with great etiquette (which really makes me feel like Beth feels like she's not doing something right that might be why she acts the way she does) and the typical staff is able to be normal and listen and that somehow circulates back to BETH and SHE CLAIMS TO have no clue and like to attack people and hang up on them and act like a child and hangs up without letting you even talk with one profanity. First amendment was created for people like her, so she seems not to understand when anything doesn't go exactly their way, when every time that she's spoken to she acts like an infant and that's IF YOU GET A CHANCE TO TALK. I have it on recording on site and the phone call of telling me she does NOT CARE about her clients, everyone. Just to find out she'll have to face those same customers she claims she doesn't care about, just to find out YES, MULTIPLE PEOPLE ARE HAVING ISSUES DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE. You took my car and home by destroying it and attacked me before even listening 2 ME I called you first and immediately to address the issue, you responded with hostility and lies before I got a chance to talk,
