Om 11/13/2024 around 10:35/10:40am est one of your drivers going to a housing development near BALL ROAD off of the 17, CUT OVER THE MEDIAN AND SPED UP AND ALMOST T-BONED MY CAR. The driver was driving eratic and recklessly. This is uncalled for and dangerous.

Requested eggshell, was given satin. After going back to complain, they lied and said satin and eggshell are the same thing. Also claimed "we don't do eggshell here."

I walked into this paint store and was looking at the wall of colors for about 10 minutes, and could not see any employees. So I went up to the counter, 4 of them were all joking around and hanging out in the office. There was only 1 other customer in the store, so they were not busy. When they came to the and asked me if I needed help, I showed them the picture of a different brand paint and ask them if they could show me what their comparable color was because I prefer Sherwin-Williams. They explained that they were unable to do that, unless I just brought an actual sample of that paint in. I then asked for their paint book so I could look at all the samples. I was told they don’t have a book anymore. I asked how I was supposed to find a color and they directed me to the “paint wall.“ I responded that the paint wall did not have all the colors that I knew they had available in their paint book. I was informed that that’s all they had available. I asked them how I was supposed to pick a color if I couldn’t look at all the colors. The young woman got very defensive and snotty with me and told me that I wasn’t allowing her to help me. I asked her how I was not allowing her to help me, and she said by not allowing me to show you what’s on the paint wall. I explained to her three times, that while they were having a party in the office, I had already looked at the whole paint wall, and the color swatch section that I was looking for, was not there. But that I did know that it was part of their book. She was very condescending, very rude, and not customer service oriented at all. She finally said, never mind, ma’am, you won’t let me help you. And then from then, on when I asked her a question, she just said yes, ma’am, with a smug look on her face no matter what I asked her. Total attitude. I buy houses and repaint the interior and exterior all the time. I just moved here and I’m very disappointed in this Sherwin-Williams store. I use Sherwin-Williams stores across the state, as well as some other states, and this one is severely lacking in customer service skills, as well as customer respect. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Even in a pandemic where materials are short this Sherwin Williams always seems to have what I need on the day I need it.

Sherwin-Williams is my go-to for paint. Skip the big-box stores, the blue and orange store can't compare to the customer service you get at Sherwin-Williams. You won't regret it. Good paint makes painting much easier and you get better results. If you need a color match, unlike some other places, Sherwin-Williams gets it right the first time.
