Went to The Loop, family favorite for thirtyish years.

Service by impatient, grumpy cashier. Food was way below usual quality. Disappointing. Usually consistently delicious. I won't abandon them ... we all have bad days!

The Loop. Love the grill chicken and I'm always torn between getting the broccoli ? and the fries as both are delicious.
