Stylists like Bella and Estrella Grace are super kind, take their time to make sure the haircut is exactly what the client wants, and are friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative. The store is clean and tidy, and stylists walk clients through the product and method used to style their hair. However, the shop has been extremely crowded with only a limited number of stylists, leading to very long wait times. The location has been severely shortstaffed, sometimes with only one person present who has to leave hours before closing, resulting in the shop being shut down early on multiple occasions. There have been significant issues with online check-in policy enforcement and management, with staff reporting problems with fair pay and high turnover. Customers have experienced missed appointments, messed up haircuts done too fast, and an overall lack of organization, making it the worst hair cuttery establishment some have ever visited.
It took quite some time but I finally have someone I can call my barber.💈 Shout out to Allyson for doing an awesome job as usual!

Kay was very professional and helped me find the right length I was looking for. My wife has cut my hair for years but can’t anymore. This was my first professional cut in over a decade. I will definitely be going back to see here.
