Locked my account for no fault of my own. Good luck getting it unlocked. Truist is no help. Reddit is filled with nightmare, horror stories of Truist bank. Truist own employees recommend banking somewhere else.

Roberto is very nasty representative truist bank does not value there new customers also unprofessional.
