Make sure you don’t get a full colored hoodie. Washed it once and it’s completely ruined. Owner refused to fix it and only offered me a discount after only a few weeks of having it. Ive heat pressed Vinyl before and it never looked like this. Looks like you didn’t press it long enough. But you don’t even care after I pleaded with you to fix it. I even spoke with your colleague about how to wash it. His reply was wash and dry inside out. You don’t take accountability for your imperfections when a customer comes to you to ask for your help. It’s pathetic and I’ll never use you again. Better not ask for my business while I’m walking in the mall!!!!
