Fleming Island location is incredible. The manager, Carmen genuinely seems to love her job and cares about her employees and their success. John C. was extremely helpful and tackled a lot of annoying obstacles for us. We were able to walk out of the store with what we needed taken care of without feeling taken advantage of.

The staff here is friendly and helpful, no complaints there. The problem is the in-store experience itself—it feels kind of pointless. Pretty much everything has to be done through the app or your account online, so going into the store doesn’t really save you any time unless you’re just picking up a device (and that’s only if they have it in stock). Nice people, but the store really doesn’t add much value anymore.

The girl we talked to was very helpful..our phone won't turn on. We asked her if she new where we could go to see if it could be fixed,Instead of pushing to sell us a phone she said we could try that first.. thanks for your help..

Absolutely do not go to this T-Mobile store. I was scammed for $963 and they refuse to fix the issue. My son went to this store and was told my account had a credit on it and that hey could get a phone and accessories for no monthly charge. The guy scammed him and and luckily it was all on recording. I am currently talking to lawyers to get this disputed. What a disgrace for this company to do this to active duty military member

This is my family's T-Mobile of choice! We drive a little out of our way to get to this location because the staff is so friendly and helpful. Most recently, Emily was able to help us out with our screen protectors! Justin and Rob are also super great! Highly recommend.

Walked in at 5:15 on Sunday(they close at 6) Needed to get my husband a new phone and was told that they could SELL us the phone but couldn’t transfer his data till the next day for security reasons as they had to leave the store RIGHT at 6 and the transfer may take longer than an hour. 😡 went to TMobile in Green Cove Springs and got his phone and transfer data. Go to Green Cove store.

Beware about the sales team making you upgrade your “phone” because the older ones do not cover the new 5g towers.
That’s a scam, we purchased a new iPhone with the promotion that was offered. Still same issues . Very very very horrible cell phone service
Dropped calls ect. They will try to “troubleshoot it “
But that’s just ways to avoid the real situation at hand.
When tmobile bought sprint, they didn’t add enough towers to support the amount of people that was added to the network. Tried claiming it on the device, even though it’s new.
As a business I was with them for 12 years, I’ve watched this company go downhill.
They also stuck me with the bill of 1800$ for a new phone even though the portion was for 900$.
My company switched to AT&T and has had NO ISSUES with none of the service.
NONE!
If you’re having issues make that SWITCH!!!!!

Came here on Memorial Day, Christian took care of in under 30 mins setting up a new line and phone! He was so quick, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very personable as well made the whole process enjoyable. We will be coming back to him when we upgrade our phones in a couple months! It’s people like Christian who still value the customer in retail!

Non stop issues since day 1. Phone calls that last for several hours several times a week, had to go into T-Mobile stores. Several different times have to replace the phone but I've been through this with them for hours for weeks. Trying to get them to do it because the phone's too hot to touch. It's just been one long nightmare since day one. One thing after another..

Jason at the Fleming Island T-Mobile store went out of his way to set up my new iphone for me. He made sure everything was working before I left the store. I really appreciate his customer service! He is great - if you have an issue go see Jason. So knowledgeable.

I do not recommend at all, upgraded my phone, all my social media accounts got deleted, saved barely any of my pictures and only a few contacts got deleted of of my phone. I know I didn't do anything wrong, I stayed back and let the lady do everything. She might've messed up the actual switching but either way she messed up and I lost all my socials. If I could rate zero stars, I would.
