I was here yesterday with my family and Taylor was helping us, she was super kind and patient. I came in today to swap phones, right when we walked in Carmen asked us what we wanted. I told her and she was so rude to my little sister giving her orders, and just passive aggressively tapping her pen and nails on each phone. It was very unpleasant and made us feel super uncomfortable while waiting for her phone to transfer to the new one.

This review is for Taylor, she has been an exceptional example of what customer service should be. She has been helping me for years now and anytime I have an issue she takes care of it immediately. Stop in or call and ask for her! I won't deal with anyone else!

Been to this store several times. Every time I’m immediately greeted and both their female key holders and managers were very patient and willing to stay a bit longer than usual due to a problem I had with my 13. This last trip around was the same and super quick and now I’m set up to get that new new ?? They are awesome!

The folks in this store are very nice and helpful. We've been having issues with my husband's Google Pixel 6a and have had to get 2 replacements for a phone he just got in April. It's not TMobile's issue, it is a hardware issue with the phone. I have the Google Pixel 6 pro and for the most part, not many issues with mine. I did get the new TMobile Revvl tablet and I love it. Kudos to the manager, Glenn and his staff for their patience as we will be back today to pick up the 2nd warranty replacement phone for my husband

Only reason why I'm giving two stars because this store has help me very well in the past, but not yesterday, My wife needed to get her iphone fix, and the lady in the store was not helpful at all. She didn't even give us a chance to explain what happen before she pawn us off to Best Buy. The phone is within 90 days since we got the phone and also wanted to see what our warranty was. She could not be bother with that, and said Best Buy will fix it for around 25 dollars. Which is wrong it is going to cost around 100 since that is our deductible.We always have good luck with this store, but not this time and not sure if we will ever come back to this store.

Tried calling multiple times to be told I would get a call back. No call back and no help at all. Being in the Sales force industry this wouldn’t be acceptable for my company! No communication at all.

Horrible help for customers in need. We arrived 10 min from closing for a phone upgrade that would only take 5 minutes. Somehow our name was not on the authorized user list like it was in the past. The rep would not give us the extra time to add ourselves. We agreed to not transfer and everything. Understanding they want to go home. Still, moments like this are when we hope the 700 monthly bill we pay is respected in service. He couldnt wait an extra 10 minutes. He told us if customer service doesnt answer in time he will “kick us out the store”. Emotional as we were for the situation that evoked some minor adult language from us. All we can think about is the large bill we pay for the service we pay for monthly. After we reacted to his “you guys gotta go when the clock strikes 6” 0-help customer oriented attitude. He reacted aggressively to us. At the end of the day, you would think T-mobile hires reps with the emotional capacity to help service owners in need. I worked multiple years in a cell phone service store & know reps can stay after. We will have to return tomorrow morning for a 5 munute phone switch, where I will be leaving another low review for the inconvenience. A shame this company doesnt pay its reps enough to help. They must barely get by & the service they offer reflects that!
