It’s a good store, only two gripes are that it’s always sold out in small and medium everything, and I’m always noticing dirty clothes (dirt/dust and shoe prints) on the racks. I’ve come to the conclusion that people are laying the clothes on the ground in the fitting rooms because there are no benches in there like in other Target stores.

I love the location of this target and enjoy shopping there. My only feedback that I hope they consider is moving back to a men’s and women’s dressing room. I do not like that the dressing room is for both. Let’s respect boundaries and go back to how it used to be.

I asked River for help and he looked at me like I was bothering him. He was not friendly at all and just seemed like he didn’t want to help or work there. I hope he understands he works for a store that requires customer service and we help pay his paycheck

My wife and I came here yesterday to buy a bunch of stuff for our new home...
Our cashier, MARTHA was so so so friendly and fun!
She made it such a pleasure to have just spent over $600 on home essentials. 🤣
We will definitely return just because of her!

I'll do anything for just 1 or 2 of Pristmastic Evolution boxes. Im not askin much. I went 3 or 4 days in a row, no cards, not even battle decks. I'm not buying Anything Else until then.
I'm not rly sure if its just one person buying all of them since it's a demigod pack, but I want to gamble too. They get upcharged 30-40 more dollars online by scalpers without shipping fees. One Singular booster pack (9 cards) costs 16 dollars.

Bought Christmas present for my wife on Visa gift card. Tried to take it back and they would only give me a Target store credit. I didn’t want a store credit because it was a present and wanted to buy her something else. Called corporate customer service and they said sorry but that’s all we can do. I asked for cash or put the credit on my credit card and they said sorry but we can’t do that. I have NEVER had a company not try to do the right thing and work something out with the customer. I will NEVER buy from Target and make sure everybody I know how they operate. Home Depot Walmart Lowe’s and many more stores at least will try to satisfy the customer and do the right thing. Target will only tell you there is nothing they can do. This makes my decision very easy in the future to take my money else where and shop with a company who does the right thing. It wouldn’t have cost them anything to do the right thing but now they have lost a family and many people I know business forever. So glad there are companies that actually care about their customers. Not the store manager nor customer service EVER said let me see what I can do to make this right because I understand this is unusual because it was a throw away gift card. Lesson learned spend your money with companies that are fair and customer based.

I live in Oakleaf but work in Fleming island and I only go to this target when I have one down the street from me due to customer service like Lina’s ! She was top notch in providing excellent customer service and went up and beyond to help me with an item I needed. I am beyond thankful for her. She was patient , kind , super busy but continued to help me with a smile and warm conversation. Not only with myself but other customers at the time. She provided a safe space in a world that is struggling with customer service skills. Thank you Lina with helping me be able to be super mom for Christmas this year ! ! <3

There have been several shoplifting incidents recently. According to local authorities, it is the policy of the store to not intervene; to not prevent; or not report shoplifting until AFTER the crime has been committed. This policy INVITES further shoplifting and erodes customer sentiment about safety and security. What is Target doing to keep our community safe?

Love my Target store as it is always clean, well organized, plenty of stock and all stock is clearly priced. The staff are very accessible and friendly and always offer a greeting. I can Always find a bargain and even the Starbucks staff are very friendly.

Trying to buy a chair for my wife to nurse our newborn. The first chair had vomit on one of the cushions. We returned this chair and bought a different one. The second chair is missing the back cushion. I have to travel over an hour to replace this chair, which we spent $300 on. It seems like both chairs were returned, but nobody double-checked the items while repackaging them. It's frustrating to go through this many steps for such an expensive item.

Target pick up needs to be better with their quality checks. We picked up our groceries today and noticed an horrible smell in our car as we were driving home. Once we got home we realized the smell was coming from one of our grocery bags. Our cat’s food was rotten and there were maggots on some of the containers!
How could the employees miss this! The smell alone would be noticeable!
Don't get me wrong, I love Target! But the pickup/driveup department really needs to step up their quality control!
