Shady!!!! They are advertising cars that they don’t have. A salesman called ME to schedule an appt. I specifically said I wanted to see the 2014 Infiniti and he said they still have it. I get there and the car is not there and was told that they have to go and get it.
Waited 10min and was asked to step into an office and was asked for my I.D to get a copy for test drive. While waiting a lady comes in asking about my finances and how is my credit even though I STILL HADN’T SEEN THE CAR! I refused to answer her questions.
10min later the salesman calls me outside just to tell me that they don’t have the car. The car is advertised on several sites. A waste of time and extremely unorganized.

Love the experience. Got a used car, and all their cars looked brand new but they were used. They leave you feel comfortable like you're part of a family. Not to mention the lady that owns the used car dealer is from New Jersey and where I'm from I've been here for 5 years it was just nice to meet somebody that talks and acts like you. TC was my car salesman and he was great.

I had the best experience with my purchase as well as the follow up. They have a great selection and great pricing on all their vehicles. I appreciate the whole team here for all the help I received from sales, after the sale follow up and also service.

DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD ON ANY VEHICLE WITHOUT LETTING A 3RD PARTY MECHANIC LOOK AT IT. Unfortunately we had to find out the hard way. After falsified warranty information on their part and no accountability now on the line for a 5400.00 transmission. Make sure u read the fine print paperwork at 15% interest rate as well. These people take your money and don't stand behind anything whatsoever. Their mechanic should be fired because he's not certified and if he is doesn't get paid enough. Common sense that vehicles need oil changes and worn out break parts replaced before selling the vehicle just for safety and reliability this truck wasnt. Will never do business here again and they'll be getting paperwork from a lawyer soon. They say we're not like the big dealerships but treat you worse than they ever will while smiling while they take your money and standing behind nothing they sell. Check the cheap used battery they sell to you with the vehicle it won't last a week. Run while you still can.

Taylor and her team at Taylor Trading were great to work with and everyone was very friendly. Taylor was very good at communicating and following up with me on my questions throughout the process of my car purchase. I would recommend Taylor Trading if you are in the market for an affordable car.

Called dealer about a specific car listed & mentioned that I’d be purchasing the day of. Came in , did a test drive and they tried to say the car was listed for sale as twice the amount with additional fees . The dealer mentioned the previous listed price and tried to say it had “titanium parts” installed. GFYS. What a waste of time and certainly can thank that I did not spend my dollars here.

I had a wonderful experience here at Taylor Trading today. I’ve spent numerous hours and days at multiple car lots with no one coming close to the effort and care that Taylor and her crew her gave me. She was able to get me in the price range and the right monthly payment to help me secure a nice credit history for my future. I would have never thought in a million years that I would be driving away in the beautiful BMW she put me in. I’m beyond greatful and I would highly recommend checking this car lot out for your next vehicle purchase.
