I bought a gpu from an online store and had issues getting it to work. Tech Finger (Robert?) was busy answering phone calls, putting fires out, and it was almost lunch time. The dude took time out of his day to help me with my issue and resolve my issue. With all the drama going on he didn't even charge me. Hope this review gets you more business.

Robert did an excellent job with my pc. My computer is only a few months old and the motherboard already crapped out. I reached out to the manufacturer and they said they might be able to fix it but it would be at least a 2 month turnaround. I couldn’t wait that long so I brought it to tech finger and Robert was able to diagnose it same day. He ordered the motherboard for me and installed it no problem and I had my pc back working perfectly in less than 2 weeks. Thanks for the great work!

The Tech was fair and had a great additude unlike some places that think you are a pea brain for bringing your business to them. The man explained everything as he did it, made perfect sense of the issue, happened to be something internal that was loose. I was just the transporter, who picked it up and took it to them.

My computer went into a deep hibernate mode and when I turned it on it went straight into power save mode. I Googled computer repairs and saw that this place had high ratings and good reviews. The gentleman fixed my computer within 20 min and was only 50 bucks. Highly recommend and he taught me some stuff along the way :)

I called and got a direct response from Robert. He was patient and respectful of my lack of technological savvy. He connected my wireless printer remotely for me in a very short amount of time.I will trust him in the future for all my technological needs. Great job, Robert.

Based on all the shining reviews posted here, I decided to bring my HP Laptop in for repair. I thought it had a broken hinge. The Tech took it apart immediately to diagnose the problem. The hinges were fine. Two Standoffs were broke off that secures the front to the back basically. The computer had been dropped, unknown to me. He pointed out the Hard Drive had popped up, out of place. (It's held in by two of the screws that secure the back panel to the laptop). It's not secure once that panel and screws are removed.Long story short, He tried to sell me a SSD (Solid State Drive) and wanted to upgrade my Ram. I told him everything works fine and I'm happy with it the way it is. I just use this computer for the internet. I just want the broken cover(s) replaced. He persisted about the HDD possibly being damaged, if not now, Down the road. Again, I told him I'd deal with that when it became an issue. Basically, he tried to sell me a bunch a stuff I didn't need. I was disappointed especially after reading all the great reviews here.I decided to do the repair myself.What aggravated me was how he tried to take advantage, even after I told him I had a backaround in Electronics/Computers. No one wants to throw money away on things they don't need. Be careful. Do your homework. If you know nothing about computers, find a friend you trust that does.

I left my laptop at the facility on January 25 to get the screen replaced I was told by Robert That the part had to come in and it would be needed to be ordered so I agreed to that and told him to call me with an estimate on how much she will be before they did it. He calls and tells me it’s going to be 150 to get the screen replaced I agreed to that. By the time the fourth comes around he calls me and tells me that the screen is completely fixed but now the operating system won’t reboot.. And I asked how does that happen? what happened and was making to do that. He proceeds to tell me that is due to the computer being turned off incorrectly. I then had to remind him that he was the last person to turn the computer off (on the day of drop off). The story quickly switched then to oh I mean how it’s been turned off in the past (my computer was completely responsive prior to me dropping it off only thing that was broken was the screen). He then tells me he suggests I pay 100 more dollars to let him fix it, which I obviously declined. The business here is super sketchy. Never taking anything else back to this place. I left with more problems than I came with . I suggest you find somewhere else to get your electronics serviced.
