I entered in the children’s place tonight on 8/11/2023. Unaware that the mall closes at 8pm. The African American woman at the register yelled at me aggresivley from across the register ( while I’m shopping in the back) “MAAM THE MALL IS CLOSED I NEED YOU TO MAKE YOUR LAST PURCHASE NOW” startled, I replied” I had no ideas the mall closed at 8pm. Did they make an announcement. The way she yelled at me and expression on her face made me think that I missed the announcement. Not to mention, I had both of my earbuds in. She replied “ That is my announcement “ now check out! I am so distraught, hurt , and disappointed! I was truly excited to shop here. I had a total of 43 shirts in hand for my childcare center. I had to put them all back. Refused to spend my money here. Please review your time clock for the young lady working the cash register tonight because I did not get her name but she’s the reason I won’t ever step foot into that store again! Btw, I am a African American woman so this has nothing to do with race.

I came into the Orange park store and placed an order with an associate at the register, for five gray shirts to be shipped to home. I received my shipping confirmation today and some how they messed up and are sending me blue shirts. Now Im being told I either need to place a new order for the correct colored shirts online and once the shipped shirts come in, I have to drive back to the store to return them for a refund. What an inconvenience for their mess up.

Shout out to Bianca. She help me to get two more discounts. They would help you to get the lowest price possible, which is important at any store. Thank you.

Wow, used to come in here and the floors were disgusting.. amazed someone actually cleaned them for once. Came in the 20th for first time in forever... Employee with short bob haircut was so sweet, such a beautiful person. She sold me on cute clothes for my daughter. Came in black Friday, and unfortunately the rest of the staff was very rude and not friendly.. 0/10 don't recommend

Just left Childrens Place a second time in a two months disappointed. Both times I have entered the establishment there have been bins with supposed clearance items at the front but no clearance prices marked on them. Just a huge mess. Since you don't know what is and what isn't you have to look it up online. Well I found several that show clearance so I ask the girl to scan them please. She tells me a more expensive price. By the way same person both times. Then she tells me that its online only based off her IPhone. Mine is Andriod and it does not show online only. So I guess I'm not buying the product because she isn't willing to give what it shows. This is a problem and looks suspicious. I would advise the company to look into it. Since after I started looking through the bins and looking them up both employee's went to the back quickly to "talk". I took pictures of the problem if Corporate would like to see and I also have the time this took place.

We bought clothes for 5 children and it was over 500 dollars worth of merchandise that cost us WAY less than half and to my surprise not only was it all here but it came really early. Children's place is a must for all parents. Thank you. You have my business from now on.

I'm not a mall fan, but the OP Mall is a good, average mall for our area. Because of it's location, it has kept a good ratio of opened stores compared to other malls. The food court is very popular. The bathrooms are average in cleanliness. The parking lot is always packed. Tip - if you aren't going to the movie theatre, it's best to park elsewhere to avoid the hysteria. There are many entrances all around the mall easily accessible. The main thing that irks me about the OP Mall is the proliferation of fly-by-night kiosks that pop up, run by sketchy international companies selling things that you normally find in flea market stores. Many of the workers act as if they are in a third world bazaar, hawking their wares obnoxiously as you walk by.

I'm so happy to live a few minutes from a mall. I lived hours previously from one so I appreciate it and OP mall is great. Its clean and offers a great deal in shopping variety. They have a great food court and now a place for adult beverages besides coffee. Thru the years they have kept the spaces full of retail even in the low economy era. The have visible security so you feel safe while shopping.I consider it a good mall

Good variety of stores, movies next door. TGI Friday's is my spot to kill time before a movie. Convenient when you need to shop, eat and watch a movie.

It's a sad mall with an uneasy feel. If you need to visit; visit during the day. When you enter, you'll feel the energy, see the state it's in, then want to go directly to the store, complete your business and leave. A mall usually serves two purposes. Malls provides a compound/dwelling in which you may walk to various stores to shop but should also provide a relaxed and comfortable social experience. You choose a mall because you want to browse, hang out, get a snack, and spend time with your friends and family. (For the most part) This is not that.

Not the best food court, however they have a really cool play area, the tunnels and slides and even the floor is cushy and soft so your kids will have less of a chance of getting hurt. One thing I don't like is they don't enforce the height restrictions so sometimes there's like a group of 9-10 year old running in the play area really fast trying to do flips while little toddlers are playing and we have to leave with are toddler so he doesn't get kicked in the head this is definitely supposed to be a playground for toddlers.

Received clothing as a gift and needed to exchange. Unfortunately we did not get a receipt as they were a gift. A children's place requires a receipt or you can only exchange it for the same exact item of a different size. If I liked the item, I would have kept it. Kinda sad that a company won't just let you exchange items for a different style. I guess this also might be why the store looks like it's going out of business. I will never be shopping with this company again.

OP Mall is full of memories from my youth, scares from my early adult years when trying to see a movie, and few new memories. But on occasion, I venture into the mall because I still live fairly close and can find some basics, but never at night and I stick close to the department stores and away from AMC. I may visit for Old Navy or The Children's Place, and have also recently stopped by a Touch a Truck event in the parking lot. But recently, I was looking for a nearby indoor spot to take my kids to play for a few minutes when storms kept us away from our normal outdoor adventures. Thankfully, the play area is now right in front of the Sears entrance, so we found it easily. It's designed for young kids but is new and clean and soft for them. I'd love to see a play area that provides something for more than just toddlers though. Overall, the mall is clean and has basic stores, but is still not a safe feeling place at night near the theatre and I'll almost always drive further for better shopping.

I like this mall but I wish there was a larger selections of stores. The stores I've patronized have been great however the odds of coming here and it being necessary to visit another location to find what your looking for is high. However, some of what I need is here and the quality is great.
