Worst. Over charge for shipping. They don’t go by weight and measure even a small bubble wrap package. They charge $1.00 for small piece of tape. Been to many locations and no one charges for tape even for multiple boxes…

I normally don't like to do reviews unless they are positive because I know every business has a bad day. But I have spent a lot of money in this location shipping boxes back-and-forth, and I always get the manager who has never once smiled or returned or answered me when I asked him how he was?. Today was not any different. I was returning a box to Amazon, in which it said must be labeled and in a box. So I taped the label to the box and brought it in and the manager took my package. I did not seal the box because they have quite frequently before checked the shoes within the shoebox that I was sending back, and I thought that I was doing them a favor by not sealing the box so they would not have to unseal it and reseal it. I am a customer. I am not the owner. The manager proceeded to tell me that I need to give him a dollar for a little piece of tape. About 6 inches. And I said really? He said yes. I said it's a piece of tape. Of which I've had other locations tape whole boxes for free. He then proceeded to tell me too take my business to the other store. Wow! He then told me that it was Amazon's rules and regulations. I said I brought you a box and I brought you the label. It says nothing about a piece of tape in which I was trying to help you by not applying it in case you had to check inside the box. I said you checked many of my boxes before that weren't sealed and then you sealed them yourself. He called me a liar four times I I then said you have both checked shoes inside my boxes so that's why I left it open. He called me a liar again. And then he told me that it was Amazon's guidelines to charge for tape. And I told him absolutely that was not true. We all know that UPS charges there own fees. For about a 6 inch piece of tape - I could not believe how rude he was this time. He's always rude but this time he was aggressive and smart mouthed and very insulting. I was excited for this location to open because it was right by my house. And he's always been rude, but he lost me this time. Maybe this is why they are hardly ever busy. So just beware. If you walk in the door and the manager, who also says he is the owner
is there get ready to be rudely approached, called a liar, charged a dollar for a 6 inch piece of tape, and told to take your business elsewhere if you ask them why.

I went into this store(No one was in the store, they just opened) to have something notarized. This person was very passive aggressive. This man said he would help me with notarizing my docs, but he kept saying usually we require an appt in the month of Dec, so I was contemplating going to the bank or another location, he abruptly walked away from the counter saying forget it. I just went down Arglye where they are happy to have my business.

Hannah was rude and unprofessional. When she threw my package on the table with an attitude it may have broken my modem. Have a better attitude and work ethic

I went in there to ship a small box, 8x10x9 maybe, had three boxes of boxed gumbo mix in it, Zatarains, maybe weighed two pounds at the most and I asked for the least expensive way to ship it and the guy, dark hair, slim, don't recall his name said it would be $27.xx. I almost had a cow, so I said no thanks I'll take it to the Post Office, and he said I could do it there, but it would be $54.xx. I Almost had a stroke when he told me that. I understand and appreciate as a business owner you have to make a profit on your services, but don't rip me off. I took it to USPS today, and the total price was $12.45, which I was OK with. They have lost my business.

I don’t understand why this location is always closed when there’s a storm brewing. All the other UPS stores are open, but this one is closed. Can’t figure that out.

This store will not let you pay for prepaid labels.
They tell you to go and do it online.
Other ups stores near do it.

This location closes 15 minutes prior to scheduled. Unprofessional and irritating, in reference to those of us who need to have packages sent after work.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Ian is very rude in there. I have been a few times and each time he is just as miserable as he looks when you walk in.. I had a package to ship I had to buy the bag. It was packaged and ready and he had to know what was in it so I told him it wasn’t enough he had to go and pretty much destroy the shipping bag and then balled it up and taped it. It looked like trash by the time he was done. I said is that how you are shipping that? He says well I had to open it. I said that’s not how it was when I brought it in here. He sucked his teeth said hold on went untaped it ripping the bag more then says well you can buy a box I said why should I when the shipping bag I already paid for was ready to ship! You destroyed it. Took my stuff and walked out.. he also loves to give a hard time to send Amazon items back when in fact you don’t need the original Amazon box but he loves to give a hard time. No longer going back even if it’s close the one in argyle are a lot friendlier and more customer friendlyIan needs some more customer service skills and needs to know he is there to do a service

Had a wonderful experience with Monica I came in with a boxed gift to ship It was priced high she Then informed me if I took it out of my box and boxed it with them it would be cheaper, and it was more then 60% cheaper so happy for all her help and professionalism.

They charged $4.29 to print a label for an Amazon return. Didn’t tell me they were going to charge me and how much until after they processed and printed it.I will never use this store again and I never had this issue on other UPS locations before. Stay AWAY!
