“I took my Jeep in Mavis for a front end alignment. The service far exceeded my expectations. There was a short wait as they were finishing up aligning another vehicle. I was a walk in without an appointment. The Manager took care of the paperwork and quoted me a very reasonable estimate of price. They put my Jeep on the rack and backed it off in only a few minuets. I thought since it had a lift kit they were going to tell me they couldn’t perform the alignment. They told me the alignment was good and did not need adjustment. There would be no charge. So happy I went to Mavis on Blanding Orange Pafk. Great people great service. Take your car or truck to Mavis Tire.”

“Carlos is the man!!!! My 2018 Audi A7 Premium Plus ac stopped blowing cold air last weekend. After taking it to be serviced at the circus that is known as Audi of Orange Park, I was told that it was the condenser and my vehicle also needed motor mounts (leaking hydraulic fluid). Considering I had bought this vehicle from them 12 months earlier (and essentially garaged it, only driving it 4k miles) it was quite obvious AOP cut corners on the inspection of the motor mounts prior to selling it to me. Bottom line, repairs totaled $6k (before tax). Couldn't even get ahold of the service advisor on the phone to discuss the charges, and the repair estimate was sent via automated SMS requesting accept or decline. They also tried to charge me $400 additional when I picked up for recharging the AC system (tested prior to drop off, showed it was already fully charged). I called Carlos at Prestige and wow, what a breath of fresh air. Aside from being a cool guy, he also was the most knowledgeable German mechanic I have ever run across. He was able to take care of the repairs in 2 days (dropped off Tuesday, ready Thursday) and did it for a fair price. The work was top quality, and his communication throughout the process was appreciated. If your Audi needs repairs and you're tired of doing the dealership service department dance, give Carlos a call. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Carlos!!!”
“I called ahead to ask about the availability of the specific brand name of the tire and size that I needed. It had to be ordered and was delivered on the same day. The crew called and set the time for me to arrive and get the tire installed on my vehicle. The price was set and agreeable. The staff was appropriately congenial and professional in taking care of our arranged purchase and installation. I was pleasantly surprised at how much better my vehicle's ride felt, after the new tire was installed.”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Veronica, the shop manager, is honest, kind, patient and knowledgable. It's great to be able to walk into a place as a young, novice woman and be told/shown what's happening in plain English.
The mechanics here do a thorough job and take it seriously. Came here for an alignment, and the mechanic Efrain caught a cracking lower control arm. He took the time to show me right where the crack was. The time before was an oil change and tire rotation, Matt showed me on the machine just how much my tire was off balance. Their new hire, Curtis, has so much expertise at such a young age and was very curteous to me. As I waited, I watched him bring a dead BMW back to life.
It means the world to me to know that they all put such integrity in their work and that my safety matters beyond all else.

I can’t say enough great things about Tire Guys on Blanding Blvd. After my car was hit from the back, the hatch was completely smashed in and the metal around it was severely bent. I brought it to Tire Guys, and they went above and beyond from the very start.
They didn’t just repair the damage—they restored my vehicle to better than it was originally. They sanded everything down to the metal, completed a flawless paint job, buffed all of my lights, and even fixed my window that stopped working after the accident. They installed a backup camera and took care of several other details without me even having to ask.
What truly impressed me was how much they genuinely cared about the quality of their work. They completed the repairs in record time and kept me updated throughout the entire process so I always knew what was happening.

“They are invaluable and efficient. The discount they gave us was amazing. It isn’t easy to find an honest repair shop anymore. The price is on high-end though. A complete coolant exchange and synthetic oil change was almost $1300! Other places are less expensive.”
