“Carlos is the man!!!! My 2018 Audi A7 Premium Plus ac stopped blowing cold air last weekend. After taking it to be serviced at the circus that is known as Audi of Orange Park, I was told that it was the condenser and my vehicle also needed motor mounts (leaking hydraulic fluid). Considering I had bought this vehicle from them 12 months earlier (and essentially garaged it, only driving it 4k miles) it was quite obvious AOP cut corners on the inspection of the motor mounts prior to selling it to me. Bottom line, repairs totaled $6k (before tax). Couldn't even get ahold of the service advisor on the phone to discuss the charges, and the repair estimate was sent via automated SMS requesting accept or decline. They also tried to charge me $400 additional when I picked up for recharging the AC system (tested prior to drop off, showed it was already fully charged). I called Carlos at Prestige and wow, what a breath of fresh air. Aside from being a cool guy, he also was the most knowledgeable German mechanic I have ever run across. He was able to take care of the repairs in 2 days (dropped off Tuesday, ready Thursday) and did it for a fair price. The work was top quality, and his communication throughout the process was appreciated. If your Audi needs repairs and you're tired of doing the dealership service department dance, give Carlos a call. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Carlos!!!”

“Had a 1:30 appt today. The place appeared very busy. I was quoted a completion time which I really didn't believe. 20+yrs of dealing with tire shops has taught me to keep hopes down, be patient, add 30% onto any figure they give you be it a dollar estimate, or a time it will be ready. With that said, my job was done a few minutes prior to the estimate. I then asked about having all 4 TPMS replaced which they of course were able to do and did so in just a few minutes. I will be continuing to use this location for similar work in the future until something changes.”

“Tire Plus was fantastic they diagnosed my issues and was straight with me. They gave me great pricing on everything and Tariq was exceptional. However, my service provider Will that serviced my vehicle was rude and had an attitude towards me the customer. He had gotten done with my oil change and diagnosing my vehicle, but was taking a long time to get the work sleeve to Tariq and back my vehicle out to get it to me. I had told them and him I had somewhere to be at 11:00am, as I had been there since before 9:00am for my appointment. I would recommend this location Tire Plus...maybe not Will so much. His work may be good, but the rudeness and attitude was unnecessary. Thanks Tariq you did me well.”

“I was thoroughly impressed with the service at Pep Boys on Blanding Boulevard! I brought my sister’s car in because part of the underbody panel had come loose after she clipped the bottom of the car, and it was scraping against the road while driving. Jon was my technician and was great—very quick, reliable, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. They were already really busy this weekend, but still managed to fit me in as a walk-in, which I really appreciated.
The facility itself was also very clean and organized, and everything seemed to be run efficiently. You could tell they take pride in both their workspace and the service they provide. I also appreciated that they made sure everything was properly secured and checked over before I left, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work that was done.
Overall, the entire experience was easy, efficient, and much better than I expected. Excellent customer service from start to finish! I’d definitely recommend this location and would absolutely come back again for future service.”
