“I’d like to think Tire Kingdom for the work they did on my flat tire. The day before I had it fixed, I asked if they had a certain tire and a certain brand which is a very expensive tire. They ordered it for me and then made an appointment the next day. When I arrived at the shop, Mike and Liz were very helpful. I asked them if they could just look at see if it was possible to patch the tire and they did. They came back and told me that they did patch it when some other places probably would want to sell me the tire to begin with. Mike and Liz were very helpful. I appreciate their honesty. Every time we’ve gone there, they have been nothing but professional.”

“I had an amazing experience during my service appointment today at Mavis tire Park Ave. Mr P the manager and the team really took great care of me! The manager was very thorough, explaining everything clearly so I could easily understand what was going on with my car. I left feeling completely satisfied with the service I received. Even though I was having a rough day, the other representatives were so friendly and helpful, and they managed to turn my day around by making me laugh. It's rare to find such excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond. Highly recommend!”

“Had a 1:30 appt today. The place appeared very busy. I was quoted a completion time which I really didn't believe. 20+yrs of dealing with tire shops has taught me to keep hopes down, be patient, add 30% onto any figure they give you be it a dollar estimate, or a time it will be ready. With that said, my job was done a few minutes prior to the estimate. I then asked about having all 4 TPMS replaced which they of course were able to do and did so in just a few minutes. I will be continuing to use this location for similar work in the future until something changes.”
