This is the worst drop-off location in the area. The closing time listed on Google says 4:30 pm. The employees were helping other customers at 4:06 pm but locked the doors on me and said they were closed.

If I could give this place no stars I would, awful. I’ve always had wonderful experiences at UPS in the past and so it’s been my go to place, but I have given this location my business for far too long and been treated poorly too many times for me to continue to do so. The woman who works as the notary at the store is just awful. She always has a terrible look on her face and makes me feel like I’m inconveniencing her in some way just by being there. I’m done with this location. I got my forms notarized by the location 2 miles down the road and even though it is further out of my way, I will be using that location from now on. They greeted me with a smile, helped my mother and we were so courteous and accommodating. I would avoid this place and wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone and that’s saying something.

My Daughter need to print a picture of a landscape for a art project. Our printer was out of order and UPS was amazing. We walked in, explained to the young man working the counter what we needed and he was able to process and print it out right away. She was able to make her art class with it and is excited to us it for her project. Thank you so much for your help. You took a last minute stressful situation for a little girl solved the problem and made her day.
When her project is done I will come back and the picture.

Sorry excuse for a shipping store!! Asian guy said sorry it’ll be $2 for a 12 inch piece of tape to close the box or we can’t accept the Amazon return. Bad attitude, not willing to help!! Never ever again

I had my daughter bring a return back to this store. I’ve not had any issue. She was forced to purchase a box and now there is no tracking for a package that has almost $100 value with a “offline label” printed. I was on hold over 15 told no way to track, it wouldn’t look for it in the store, you need to file a claim and hung up on me. Absolutely the worst service!!!!!

On my first visit to this business, I was treated poorly by a male staff member. When I asked for help with combining a few copies for printing, he was uncooperative, stating he was not a technician and directed me to a nearby busines like staples. He then inaccurately accused me of being patronizing and declined to serve me, demonstrating a lack of customer service skills. I will not return to this business.
