The people who work at the UPS store have always proven to be courteous and professional, with one exception: When one asks for a fingerprint scan, the employee could inform the customer that the charge for fingerprint scanning is outrageously high. Had I been informed, I would not have wasted my time going through the process of scheduling an appointment. The total price is over $110. The Sheriff's office will do it for $5. The price tag does not show up until you've entered your information twice, so they get your information, then you get to be shocked by the price. So, don't waste your time. I really wish the employee had warned me that it would be over $110. Can you believe $55 for priority mail? What a racket! The UPS store uses a third-party printscan.com. They should have called it printscam.com

Paid for 2 day air 77$… didn’t arrive until a week later and instead of a refund on my money they told me the 2 day air isn’t a guarantee?? WTH is the 77$ for?? Regular mail???! Garbage

The professionalism and knowledge of the team everytime I come to this location in Orange Park, FL. is always a welcoming experience.
Skye did an amazing job with assisting me with my packages. She greeted me and was very professional, very nice, and expeditious. I was in and out less than a minute! She is the epitome of how customer service should be.
Skye is definitely due for a monies increase and higher position of authority.
This is the only UPS Store I come to because of the outstanding customer experience.

Very Frustrating that when you make an appt for Fingerprints, the store has no idea. The vendor and this store do not communicate what so ever. Appointment times through vendor are no way accurate for store hours. Before you make any appointments for fingerprints go to the store to confirm when the mystery employee will be there. Tried twice to get prints done. After first failed attempt I was told by an employee when to make an appointment and come back. I did as told. Second attempt I drive across town just to be told the only mystery employee has already left again. Second trip wasted.

Angel did a wonderful job with my fingerprinting and taking my photo. She was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly—my favorite part!! Love when people love their job; it shows with her for sure. And there’s a ring light for the picture now too! Huge upgrade from 5 years ago.

Being fully staffed.
Other locations I have visited in the surrounding area are usually pretty backed up with 1-2 staff members.
Aside from that, the staff was kind. Welcoming and let me know they’d be with me momentarily.
