The United States Postal Service is an unreliable institution that holds no accountability to its customers or customer service. There's no wonder why they've been in financial ruin for years, yet they have the audacity to increase the price of a mailing stamp. Why should we be forced to pay more for a service at best that may not be rendered to us.
Also, they've yet to find a resolution to theft within their organization.
The post office is nothing short of a joke, poorly run, and needs to be overhauled. If there was a lower rating, I would have chosen it instead.

We rarely have to stop at the post office while traveling, but it happens. This location was along the way so even better.
I appreciate a mailbox to quickly drop off items. No need to go inside. There's also a nice sized parking lot (not all locations have this believe it or not). There's also a good number of wheelchair accessible parking spots near the entrance.
The hubs didn't have a long wait. He was able to send his package with express shipping and it arrived as promised.

The postman left my package at the road sitting on top of the column next to my mail box. At the road. Out in the open. Where anybody could come by and take it. It is usually brought up to my house. Could you make stealing packages any easier?

The place is incompetent to say the least. They consistently fail to deliver my packages. They don't even try. I've been home every day that they have attempted to deliver it and nobody knocked on my door for my signature.
They can't even give me a consistent timeframe as to how long they hold my packages for, I've been told 30 by three people, 15 by two, 14 by another, and 5 by one. Everyone claimed that the last guy was wrong, but seemed to not care about the misleading information I had been given.
They consistently fail to deliver my mail, even Mail from my bank. This has been going on for a full year now.
Everybody tells me that I should call someone else to complain about this. The call center says to go in and speak to a supervisor. But the supervisors say to call the call center.
Was borderline mocked by one of the supervisors for not showing up to pick up my package the next day. As if I don't have a life. I work 8-5 so I cannot just go to the post office during my free time as they are closed when I am not working.
I'm paying international shipping costs for these packages, and they can't even bother to try and deliver them.
When I complained about them not holding my package long enough for me to pick it up he just said "We're not a storage place".
I'm sure FedEx will happily take my service.

run over my yard 3 times !!!
Put deceased husbands military certificate bent inside the mailbox !!!
And my dogs pictures BENT
now not delivering my amazon packages. .I'm going to my local news station..Enough is Enough

Everyone is friendly there except the one guy mentioned by others with the light skin and curls. He is very rude. One time he was rude to me but nothing compares to what I witnessed on a different day. I was at the counter being helped one day and someone was at the counter next to me. The employee helping that customer needed help with something and the jerry curl guy mentioned by others went to help the employee. In the meantime the customer got impatient ( he wasn’t rude) about the wait time and said he didn’t have time to wait and needed to leave. He turned to walk away from the counter to leave the post office and the jerry curl guy called out as the customer leaving reached the door and said “ you need to take your meds”. Who says something like that ? The following month I was in again and asked a lady about him. She said they get complaints about him all the time and do nothing about it. Why would they put someone like that to work with the public? At the counter? As for his behavior and it depending on the day, maybe he didn’t take his meds that day. Civil service ? Unbelievable no one cares about how rude their employee is. Luckily I don’t need to go there often. The management doesn’t want to do anything about it but one day he is going to spout off to the wrong person and they are going to have a problem on their hands. The guy should of been fired that day.
