Rude staff. Dude at the pickup counter indignantly repeats good morning when he didn't hear me say it back. Dude has issues. They never answer the phone and always have one person at the front to assist. Terribly ran.

I would like to recognize Maisel at this post office for outstanding service. Every time I have to pick up a package or mail a package or need a supply—he is very helpful and kind. Thank you for having such helpful and kind employees at this location. It is truly a blessing.

Worst post office I've ever dealt with. Mail never gets delivered on time sometimes go 3 and 4 days without getting mail can't ever get anybody on the phone and when you go in to make a complaint nothing ever gets done

Horrible experience with USPS. How can a package be shipped from CA to Orange Park and now my package is in GA. They have zero communication to communicate or to apologize for the inconvenience.

One word DISGRACE
My lawn has been run over three times
My pictures are always bent
Now I've had no mail in days..!

If I could give zero stars I would. The supervisor Alan shouldn’t be in a management role. Watched his employee Sherly have zero help at the counter for the 45 minutes I was in line. Line was still to door when I left. The employee even requested his assistance and he didn’t help. If you cannot answer your employees request for assistant than you shouldn’t be a supervisor.

Sometimes they don't even leave the mail that corresponds to me, they put more from other houses than mine, plus rainy days leave my mailbox open so that the mail gets wet and I have to throw it in the trash because they go by so fast that they don't have a minute to wait. close the mailbox doors because I have seen them. I have cameras in my garage. It would be a lot of help if they did a better job.

Had a great experience, the employee took his time and helped even during the rush hour that is holiday shipping. When I first arrived, there was a huge line, but the employees quickly dealt with the customers and the wait was much less than I first expected.
