Amazing service!! The store was clean and I was helped by people that were very personable and made sure that I got all the help I needed. I would definitely recommend and go back to this location.

Worker kept me for 2 hours doing a sales pitch dog and pony show because I said I didn't want a protection plan on my phone. Made me late to work.

The two employees I spoke with today in the store were dismissive and could care less about my issue with their service. They just wanted me out of their hair. Thankfully I have closed my one and only account with them and would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND them for anything!
Their customer support via phone is awful as well.

I arrived at the store 5 minutes before the store closed on a Friday night to pick up my online order. I felt horrible about coming in at the last minute thought that the employees would be upset with me. The employees were not mad or upset at all! MARLON and Niko maybe? I can’t remember the other guys name that was closing with MARLON. But WOW! They were both very kind and helpful. I loved that Niko (I don’t think I have his name correct but I couldn’t not mention him) was helping close up the store while Marlon helped me return my trade in, pick out a case, put the glass and case on the new phone for us, etc etc. He even went to the back to check if a specific case we were looking for was back there! I mean he just went above and beyond to help me and my son. So once we were done those guys could go home. Marlon was very informative and so nice and patient the entire time we were there. I will never go to any other Verizon other than this store from now on! MARLON AND NIKO YOU TWO ARE AMAZING AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU BOTH NEXT TIME!!

This was a very high pressure sell's.The salesman JohnKept trying to sell us services we said we didn't want or need after telling him No.This being a corporate store I wouldn't expect it. I almost walked out. Next time I won't get him, I'll ask for Nicos or Robyn

Very clean and also very fast. I went in the store and was assisted immediately. Another thing I enjoyed was how clean the store was. Also how I ask about the Xbox they had for sale which I was interested. They mentioned it right away to please my desire. which I mentioned I'm going to wait on my girlfriend first. That made me feel valued as a customer.lastly I payed my bill up as a valued customer.
