Very clean and also very fast. I went in the store and was assisted immediately. Another thing I enjoyed was how clean the store was. Also how I ask about the Xbox they had for sale which I was interested. They mentioned it right away to please my desire. which I mentioned I'm going to wait on my girlfriend first. That made me feel valued as a customer.lastly I payed my bill up as a valued customer.

John Obeso went above & beyond with his customer service! He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He is the best rep. and he should be recognized throughout Verizon! We also sent a compliment to Verizon HQ. We hope he gets a big raise! Thank you, John Obeso!

Customer service at this location is the absolute WORST. If you are not making a purchase or somehow generating commission for these employees, you’re shuffled aside. Also, overheard a horribly rude conversation between a male employee and an elderly woman. You should be ashamed is all I can say. I’d like to think you’d be upset if someone treated your mother or grandmother that way, but something tells me otherwise. You simply shouldn’t be working with the public. Verizon scraping bottom of the barrel with this one. Must be desperate.

2 years ago I really liked the staff that worked here. I visited today and did not like the vibe. It's almost like they are irritated that people come into the store. I was greeted by an associate and asked my reason for my visit. I explained it to her and she proceeds to tell me what they CANT do in the store because she clearly wasnt listening to me. What I was asking about CAN be done in the store because I was simply inquiring about possibly downgrading a line on my acct. My husband and myself ended up leaving. A waste of a trip.

There's always a wait whenever I come here. Last time I came, there were 7 people ahead of me. They definitely need to hire more people. Store hours are weird too.
