Fred was a HUGE help! My mom had accidentally added my number to her blocked list, and Fred and another associate helped get that taken care of. Been a member of Verizon for 20 years, if not longer. Customer service was spot on, 10/10.

Had a great experience at Verizon on Blanding. Dakota was very knowledgeable and helped us with new phones. The greatest surprise was when he helped us resolve a previous promotion problem which recouped $800 and strengthened our confidence with Verizon. Thank you, Dakota!

I would like to thank my Verizon representative Jonathan Woodson. When we went to Verizon, we did not know what deals were available and how any of those deals fit our requirements. Jonathan spent the time reviewing our options and helped us select the proper phones and package for our needs. There was an issue with moving our existing phone numbers at first, but Jonathan worked diligently with the support person at our old carrier and we were able to move the numbers. Jonathan ensure that our billing was correct and that we received all the Perk that came with the cellular Verizon package. The bottom line is that it was a great experience and will definitely recommend him and the Verizon services to family and friends.

I was a AT&T customer for phone and internet and my internet was down for days with ATT I got fed up and went into Verizon on Blanding , got to work with Brandon brunick, he was absolutely amazing he transferred my number to Verizon and got my s25 ultra all set up and then he came to my house to set up Verizon home internet ! My TV and computers are up and running and no need for ATT anymore . This guy was amazing to me.

BRUNICK at the Verizon store near Blanding/ Knightbox location was amazing.
This gentleman was so knowledgeable and patient with the questions I asked him I was so pleased with how he handled the situation.
Individuals with this talent and skills should be promoted to Management if you want your business to be successful.

When I came in the first time 8 years ago I had a great experience ! I’ve come back for my daughter and Is phone and Brandon brunick helped me get a new phone and my daughter the iPhone 16s , he explained everything and was very transparent ! He helped me with Verizon’s home internet as well! My first bill was a little high due to some proration but Brandon made it clear on what happened and gave me a beautiful quote of my bill! As promised with his good service I would give him a 5 star review ! Thanks!
