Randy the owner is truly honest and respectful. I have bought over the years watches, rings and repairs. Never once have I been disappointed. I live out of state now, but when I return for visits, I only go to him for repairs or purchases. I stake my reputation on him and his company.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience when I visited their establishment to have the calibrator on my watch replaced. I want to emphasize that I had no intention of bargaining and was more than willing to pay the full labor price for the service. However, what should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a frustrating encounter.I noticed a scratch on the face of my watch that was not there before. I calmly approached the staff to inform them about the issue and seek their assistance. Instead of acknowledging the scratch, they immediately started arguing with me, insisting that it was there before and that I was mistaken. I maintained a respectful and composed demeanor throughout the conversation and never resorted to using any offensive language.To my surprise, while I was conversing with the fixer, one of the staff members made an uncalled-for comment in the corner, saying, "I don't have time to deal with you, lady." This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth.Furthermore, I had entrusted my watch to you since the end of December, and it was finally ready for pick up on February 9th. Although I understand that their primary focus is on the back of the watch, I believe it is important to take responsibility for any mishaps that may occur during the repair process. I simply wanted to bring the scratch to their attention and have it addressed, even though it was not present prior to leaving it with them.In the end, I chose not to engage in any further arguments and decided to pay and leave. However, the entire experience left me deeply dissatisfied, prompting me to give a one-star rating. This rating solely reflects the poor customer service and the unprofessional conduct exhibited by the lady staff member.I sincerely hope that watches plus takes customer feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve their service. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to be treated with professionalism and respect. I trust that they will address this matter appropriately and ensure a more positive experience for future customers.Overall, my visit was marred by subpar customer service and an unprofessional encounter. I hope that my review serves as constructive feedback and encourages them to make the necessary improvements.

I have a necklace that I wear every day that was a gift from my boyfriend that, unfortunately, was broken when I went in to have emergency pacemaker surgery. They repaired my necklace and even did it correctly and showed us where the original person who made it didn't do it right. I am so unbelievably grateful that they were able to fix it and even got it back to me the same day. Great business with quality people running it!!!

Always an amazing experience here! My husband and I have bought watches from here and have had batteries replaced, as well as jewelry repairs! The team here is very knowledgeable and professional! I always recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of jewelry or watch needs! They can even make custom jewelry pieces! Not to mention they have great prices! I just had my wedding band and engagement band soldered here for only 40 bucks! It was done in about 30 mins! No need to send off to a repair shop! 10/10 business. I greatly recommend them!

I purchased a watch from themon Amazon. Within one year it failed and stopped working. I was advised by a local certified repairman that the main component was no good and it was received that way and finally gave out. The seller would not replace it or refund it. He offered to fix it and replace the component(that he already knew was bad) for an additional $100 and I’d pay for shipping there and back. Horrible service and should not be allowed to sell on Amazon.
