These 5 stars are for Assiciate Banker Manny Quezada. He took care of my 96 year old Dad's account with empathy & professionalism. He went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled & explained to both my Dad and I,and sent a thank you email for his business! Manny is the best that I have ever met at any banking facility and should be commended for his great attitude & customer appreciation!

They took forever in the drive-through and it wasn’t busy and when someone finally came to assist, they were unable to take cash deposits on a business account that did not belong to me. The manager was rude and ultimately not helpful. I do not recommend anyone go there, Especially anyone that is Black. She seemed a bit openly racist And displeased with handling my money. She actually held onto my money for several seconds after I asked for it back twice saying she was writing something down. I would give zero stars, but Google makes you put one star.
Update: Wells Fargo cannot take cash deposit on a personal account but they can take cash deposits on a business account. I had business account clearly marked on my deposit slip and the manager would have known that if she wasn’t so eager to refuse my business. I was able to successfully make the deposit when I went to a different branch that was welcoming and pleasant, and willing to take my business. They also explained to me the cash deposit policy with absolutely no problem or attitude.
3/14 Update:
The Wells Fargo corporate complaint representative, called me back and issued a statement. In this statement, he/they gave reasons that they would refuse service to someone, all reasons mentioning policies being broken. However, on my visit at the Orange Park location, I broke no policies and was able to complete the exact same transaction at another Wells Fargo branch. The Corporate complaint representative for Wells Fargo went on to say that Wells Fargo holds the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason or no reason at all whether it is right or wrong. I am incredibly disappointed in Wells Fargo as a company and incredibly disappointed and disgusted with the orange park branch off Blanding Boulevard. They should be ashamed of themselves for this type of behavior especially in 2025. They will never again get my business nor the business of my friends and family. I can now see while there was a class action lawsuit filed against the Wells Fargo company for discrimination. I will be reaching out to file several complaints including the FDIC and speaking to the local news departments. Very much “Jim Crow laws” behavior! Shame on you @Wells Fargo!

Me and a friend went in to open accounts. We asked for them to rush our debt cards due to leaving our of town. This was on Monday. We was informed that the card would arrive on Wednesday it is not Friday and no debt cards still. If it was not going to be here in that timely manner then we should have just gotten standard time which is 5 to 7 business days. I truly don't think they even put in for card to be rushed. Because we went back on Thursday and banker said we would have to do it again. Why misinform your customers. Now we are in panic because we leave to go out of town with no debit cards. Very disappointed in service.

The banker was very nice but one of the tellers on Sat morning wasn’t very friendly. She was short, looked Hispanic, had dark skin acted as if she knew all. She needs to have her attitude checked.

Inconsiderate woman at the drive thru, chatting it up for over 20 mins with someone about diets. I put an order in ahead for a reason. Get your job time in a timely fashion especially if you have people waiting. So rude.

Good location. My mom went inside to get some change, break up a few big bills. She said the teller was very nice. You do need to have an account with them for them to be able to exchange money.They also have a drive through. Plenty of lanes. Quick turn around.Lots of parking. Good and clean location!

Came to the bank to get a notarized form. Cashier let me know I needed to have a bank account in which I let her know I did. She put me on the waiting list. I sat for 40 minutes until a banker came and said there is only one notary and to come back later after 2. I understand it's Friday, but work on customer service. And work as a team to communicate these issues between eachother so you can let customers know.
