The banker was very nice but one of the tellers on Sat morning wasn’t very friendly. She was short, looked Hispanic, had dark skin acted as if she knew all. She needs to have her attitude checked.

Inconsiderate woman at the drive thru, chatting it up for over 20 mins with someone about diets. I put an order in ahead for a reason. Get your job time in a timely fashion especially if you have people waiting. So rude.

Good location. My mom went inside to get some change, break up a few big bills. She said the teller was very nice. You do need to have an account with them for them to be able to exchange money.They also have a drive through. Plenty of lanes. Quick turn around.Lots of parking. Good and clean location!

I have been banking with this bank for 7 years.The manager totally disrespected me today,so I closed my account...They are getting closed down,and I see why now.They suck!!!

Came to the bank to get a notarized form. Cashier let me know I needed to have a bank account in which I let her know I did. She put me on the waiting list. I sat for 40 minutes until a banker came and said there is only one notary and to come back later after 2. I understand it's Friday, but work on customer service. And work as a team to communicate these issues between eachother so you can let customers know.

The team at this branch was very friendly and helpful. I originally went to the branch on Argyle Forest and was told to sit and wait until they found out if someone was available to assist with a wire transfer. After some time I was told no one would be able to assist because it would take over 30 minutes to complete. I had the routing, account and dollar amount. At no time has it ever taken 30 minutes for a simple wire transfer. I was also told not to bother coming back the next day (not in those exact words) because they were booked. I went to this Orange Park branch and even though no bankers were immediately available the branch manager came out to help with the transfer. It actually took more time for me to pull out my ID and bank card than it did for him to complete the transfer. He entered the information, had me double check it and that was it. He printed out a copy of the transaction and I was on my way. Very pleased with this branch. It was my first time visiting. Another's experience may vary but I would return based on this encounter.

If I could give a 0 I would. Closed down my account for no reason after being a member for 6 years. Explanation “ It’s in the contract all we can say is business decision” I have thousands of dollars on hold. No one to help.

Had to have a check endorsed by this location and it was a major headache. Talked to several people and got several different answers, while I know the right answer and tried to explain. Had to take off work to go into the branch and get the job done after my wife was told they could not do the exact same thing upon her visit.
